SLA, tomorrow I will try to contact the managers (I was looking at that link), I will clarify the details. I went through the English sites, indeed, 930 for the major, and 992 for the boss. And I have an ice cream maker, I need to freeze the bowl in the freezer, yes. I don’t have any special impressions from her, at first we were caught by winter and diet, and now the prices for cream.
SLA
Freken Bock, if you have a minute, measure the size of the ice cream maker. The ones listed on the website are significantly larger than the mixing bowl. Is she really that huge? My refrigerator doesn't seem to be small, but this one won't fit into the freezer. And then there is nothing to seek or dream of
Freken Bock
In general, the bowl that is frozen is 12 cm high. And the white plastic bowl is a complete analogue of a steel bowl.
SLA
Yes, I have 010.12 cm is good! I saw the dimensions of 28.0d x 25.5w x 22.5v on the site - well, no lease Now again there is a purpose in life Thank you!
Girulka
Rina72, but the prices are the same as ours practically! Yes, they buy a few, but then how addicting it is! I bought one, and then another and another and this one and that one! You look in the kitchen, the Bentley floor is already crammed into drawers

It would be interesting to calculate how much the combine with all the proposed attachments will cost.

All attachments 20931 UAH = 2585 $ plus optional harvester:
Major 20 - 4409 UAH = 545 $
Chef 10 - 3599 UAH = 445 $

Average 3000$ and complete pleasure in your kitchen !!!

And I also forgot I need to buy a bigger apartment with a 20-meter kitchen for this set, so that everything would fit
Rina
Well, about the Bentley, you got a little hot, so the little thing is in the kit
As for the kitchen, it is that with CM, that without it, we - deviceaholics - need space.
I'm looking closely at the twentieth model. I saw that there is a certain 023 - this is already with a set of a meat grinder, a shredder and some kind of juicer (from memory, and I have it almost girlish). I do not need all this, as well as at least a third of the available bells and whistles - add. nozzles. The main thing to start is to buy base 020, and there are already one or two nozzles and it will not be so scary
Freken Bock
Girls, answer me! Owners of Kenwood 010, who have a wiping attachment, is it called AT 992 after all? Managers are mooing about this.
LenaV07
Freken Bock
Tanya, for KM 010 wiping AT 992. For KM 020 wiping AT 930.

Is there no Kenwood office in Kiev?
There is a Kenwood office in Kiev. It is shared with Delongey. Product Manager Kenwood Maksimova Natalya, a very nice, friendly and responsive young lady. I communicated with her personally. I copy the information from her letter to me: the address, telephones of the representative office, and it is already clear who to ask
.
Girulka
Oh, and I can't get enough of my Majorik 20 !!!!!!
Already got used to it and make the dough for rye bread only in it - 10-15 minutes and the dough is mixed perfectly and ready! - then for two hours in KhP for proofing and baking - OPLA and the most beautiful rye is ready!
Kalmykova
I am bragging: and Lena07 and I already have "stumbles"! The only doubt is that inside the auger is made of plastic, not iron. How will he behave? For now, we are waiting for a product that is convenient for testing.
LenaV07
I may not discover America, but just in case ... In the store 🔗 there is a loyalty program for registrants. You can read about it in the "news" section. 020 it turns out 4 311 UAH.
And for history ... I bought my 010 two years ago also in Megamax. They had some kind of action going on at Kenwood. And it turned out to be cheaper than the most interesting offer in Kiev online stores. And in the Metro it was more expensive than in an Internet store.

zvezda
Yes, in Russia this business is more expensive ... I handed the dough sheeter attachments to the girls in Moscow, because it was profitable. And they bought KM through acquaintances in Kiev.
Freken Bock
Tanya, have you looked at Dexline? They seem to have a little less price. Not?
About shopping in the online store ... Of course there is a risk. But ... It depends on what kind of store. There are already a number of stores that have been on the market for a long time. I didn’t buy large equipment, but I’ve already got a decent amount of small things like thermo-blender combines. I usually brake when "money in the morning, chairs in the evening", but if delivery by courier and payment in cash to him, then you can. In this particular case, I think that there is nothing to fear. You, most importantly, figure out how to solve the problem if it arises. Deformation, undercompletion, etc. Do you give a "native" warranty card? As a last resort, we have contact with the Kenwood manager in Ukraine. By the way, she "sent me" to Dexline, said that these were their representatives, but 🔗 of. score.
LenaV07
Freken Bock
Tanya, rubbing is not scary ... But just in case, clarify how to solve problems. Forewarned is forearmed Our model is not on the site, but you call them and ask them to take a pre-order. When they receive nozzles, they will call. Now they are out of stock, they are waiting for delivery this week. You, as well as I need 992.
Freken Bock
Girls, I will ask here, otherwise I will not live until the morning! Today my nozzle came to the online store. They told me about it by phone. I registered in this store, placed an order. I received an invoice by email. It says what I ordered, the quantity and how much to pay. Well, and my data, of course. The phone manager said that I should go to the bank with this account and pay for the order. But there is no checking account. Where should the money be transferred? Or should I still have some information sent to my email? Events unfolded in the evening and I didn't have time to ask my manager. Girls, if anyone paid by bank transfer, please consult! Should there be an account to transfer money to?
LenaV07
Freken Bock
Tan, I think they sent you the wrong thing. There must be an invoice with the details. Bank, settlement score. etc. Is there nothing else on the e-mail? Well, wait until tomorrow ...
Margit
Girls ordered in the online store Kenwood KMM 760, who knows what or heard about this typewriter? Share info, pliz. The characteristics are good, but, unfortunately, I did not find any reviews about it on the internet.
SLA
Girls, I boast, they sent me a recipe book Thanks again LenaV07, this is thanks to you. I will master the recipes.

And I didn't get the rub. I ordered it at the Kenwood Internet store, they called back, said they were over. I will wait
Freken Bock
SLA, yeah, and I have a 0% discount. How was the book sent to you? When buying attachments or were there any other actions required?
SLA
Have you already paid for the order? I asked when they called me back, they said to remind me, they would look. What will they look out for - I don't know, but what if?
And the book should have been sent to me for the purchase of the combine, there was a questionnaire in the box, but if you fill it out and send it to the Moscow office, then ... Well, nothing. Lena gave me the coordinates of Kievsky, there is a very nice girl, she sent me a book and a bunch of booklets. Nicely So if you are not given for the nozzle, write to Natasha in Kenwood Ukraine

Here are the coordinates 🔗

Hello everybody! I share with all my joy, too, yesterday I bought Kenwood 010 cheap, even cheaper than in the internet on the official website +7 vegetable cutting attachments as a gift! My question is, who made the biscuit in Kenwood? Which attachment did you use? This is how I imagine its preparation - beat eggs with sugar with a whisk, then change the nozzle to a K-shaped one and stir in flour at a slow speed .... Maybe someone did it differently? I would be very grateful for your advice ...

, with the purchase of you! Tell me, is there a fine grater among your seven vegetable cutting attachments (we are talking about discs for the Kitchen processor attachment?)? She interests me very much, I don’t know how to order it correctly.

About biscuit. Beat eggs with sugar (optionally, whites separately). Sift flour from above and mix gently with a spatula.
Freken Bock
Girls! I found the name of the disk I needed: grater 639150 (maybe disk grater 639150). Everything turned out to be quite simple - the information is in the instructions. Now I really want to find out if this disc is really a fine grater? The drawing is small, I cannot find any other information yet. Owners of a grater disc or information about it, please respond!
Freken Bock
zvezda, Thank you. Your link is clearer than in my instructions. And still the question. Is this a fine grater? Rubbing with fine shavings? Or does she fight, it turns out porridge?

onv1971
Freken Bock, there is not such a grater as you want, there is only a disc with a very fine grater like a chip ...
In general, so far the impressions of the combine are positive. The only thing that confuses is that when turned on, all three drives are working, from which the noise is quite strong. And most importantly, it is not clear why? All 3 drives at once! This is a lot of energy consumption and noise ... Kneading the dough with a hook of 80% moisture, kneaded well, but you can't turn on more than 2 speeds - the machine starts to walk with a shaker ... Although it may not need a higher speed for the dough ... Vegetable cutting attachments are just super! In 10 minutes, 5 kg of cabbage was chopped into sourdough, quite finely, if not to say that the machine was cutting, no one will understand! I rubbed black radish on the smallest grater, rubbed carrots on number 2 (a little more chips). In general, super!

Freken Bock, I want to ask you, how do you like the sifting and wiping nozzle?
SLA
In Kenwood's book, bread dough is kneaded at the lowest speed, then mixed at the first speed. So, maybe you don't need more.
And with a whisk, you can not only beat the whites, but also knead the liquid dough. For a biscuit, it will do.
I'm so smart because they sent me a bunch of brochures with descriptions of attachments.
onv1971
sla, withthanks! Today I made 2 breads, both at 1 speed. In 5 minutes, I kneaded each one perfectly!
Margit
Girls, hurray! Today my Kenwood came from Ozon. I mixed bread into three loaves at once. I really liked the machine, it doesn’t work noisy, it’s powerful and so stylish, you can’t take your eyes off. The bowl is big, just great! I mixed the dough on the bread, in it I also let it stand, putting two half-liter jars of hot water on the sides, covered it with a shawl and the proofing was wonderful. True, Kenwood had only three dough attachments, but I just needed only a kneader. I will buy other attachments over time, I have not yet decided which ones I need.

I put 1,350 grams of flour in 900 grams of water. Flour is the first grade, I haven’t kneaded it at the highest level, today I’ll try it.

I usually also read the instructions carefully and try to treat them with respect. In practice, I often violate them.Wet dough, like on Italian bread, even up to 2nd speed I let it go, not for long, really.

And I also want to warn you in one moment. If you knead a damp enough dough on Easter cakes, be very careful and careful. I have a Kenwood 10, and so there is a dough for 1 kg of flour and strives to climb up the hook or nozzles and huddle in the connecting parts. You can't leave it unattended in any way
I am very sorry that I did not take the 20th in due time. But I personally have a special need for it only once a year - on Easter, when I bake a large number of cakes for relatives, friends and acquaintances.

I am with the results of the first tests of the wipe and sieve attachment. I have frozen sea buckthorn, purchased for this purpose. The mesh is fine, rough side up. Photo of cake and mashed potatoes at the exit. I am very satisfied. The husband, who was categorically against the purchase of this attachment, shyly keeps silent. In general, I need it. I'm going to cook jelly.

Super! Now I realized that I absolutely need it. This will be one of the first nozzles that I simply must purchase for my swallow. It was purchased from me without any attachments initially. This was a big plus for me. There is a powerful meat grinder (1600) Vitek, a Bork juicer, a premium class too. I needed a bare kneader, but no, it turns out I also need the nozzles. Oh, how to look into the eyes of my husband!
SLA
Great!
Girls, what kind of sellers do we have? I saw this nozzle, I was already going to take it, I had the same one on the old Moulinex, I knew for sure that I needed it. And the seller to me - this nozzle is intended only for sifting, you cannot grind the berries through it! Well, I slowed down. And now she is gone I will wait for receipts in the online store

SLA, have you ordered it already? Don't talk about sellers! But does everyone have such a movie? 🔗 I was overgrown with desires, just looking at him!
They promised that they would put me in line. They are waiting for the nozzles. Production in China, warehouse in Italy, and consumers in Ukraine. Globalization! Maybe you need to remind yourself of yourself?
Girls, did you not have a disc with rollers with your combine? There with all the filmmaker attachments

Please advise. Stopped at Kenwood Chef KM010. I read that in many large combines there are problems with kneading a small amount of dough .. How is this? Will it knead well 300-400 grams of flour, for example? I bake in a small volume :(

300 - did not try, 400 masters perfectly)))

Thanks for the answer! Can you tell me the fundamental difference between KENWOOD Chef KM010 and KENWOOD Major KM020 only in the volume of the bowl? That is, if I have enough flour for 1 kg, then I can not look at 020? And then the difference in price is 1000 UAH somewhere ...
Freken Bock
JudiThe Major is a bit more powerful, 1400 W Chef and 1600 W Major in my opinion. In fact, 1400 watts is very worthy. If the volume of the bowl is not important (by the way, attachments for the Major are also more expensive), of course, you should take the Chef.
Judi
Thank you so much! That is, the power of 010 is enough to knead rye bread, for example?

The difference in volume and power (but not very large) and you also need to choose that there are 2 sockets for nozzles at the top. In general, the problem is that who bought 010, almost EVERYONE then wants 020 ...

If you do not cook in large quantities, then the 10th model will be enough. And for rye, and for any other.

I can explain why I bought this particular model. I compared the instructions and saw that the maximum loading rates for flour are not very different:

steep yeast dough for the chef - 1.36 kg, for the major - 1.5 kg,
shortcrust pastry for the chef - 680 g, for the major - 910 g.

The big difference is only in soft yeast dough - for the chef, you can take 1.3 kg of flour, and for the major - twice as much. But I can't fit so much into the oven, even though it's not small.

In the process of use, I felt only one inconvenience - when I knead the cake dough for about 1.3 kg of flour, it climbs up the hook, it seems that the volume of the bowl is not enough for it ... although, I'm not sure 100, as with a larger size the cup would not have happened the same.

In general, the verdict is unambiguous, if you take a cooking unit in small (relatively) quantities, then the 10th will fully justify itself. If you want to cook on a semi-professional scale, then you can't do without the 20th.

Good luck with your choice.
Margit
Judi , I really wanted the chef 010, but my husband dissuaded me because of the cup. I knead a lot of dough for pies, the other day I kneaded the dough for 3 kg - for 6 pies, less than half a bowl came out, in which I also tempered the dough. I think I bought it inexpensively, in Ozon for 13.650, there are no such in stores. Chef 010 in the store costs 28.00.
True, the chef has a meat grinder and a juicer in the kit, but I just don't need them. If you are sure that you will not need to knead the dough in large quantities, then 010 is an excellent choice! Excellent quality and design at a height, I absolutely love the Kenwood kitchen machines!
kseniya D
Girls, today I became a happy owner of the car. Took myself a KMC560 Chef Premier. Already made a cake and a curd soufflé. Everything is wonderful.
But she made a mistake. I don’t know where my eyes were when I ordered a meat grinder and a “food processor” attachment. The meat grinder is suitable, but the AT 640 kitchen harvester goes only to the Titanium series. : (I gutted everything from the box and therefore cannot be returned. In general, I don’t know what to do now ... Muscovite girls, if anyone needs it, will gladly sell it. I bought it for 1950 rubles.

My 010 is enough for me. Here I will bake cakes - we'll see. But Easter is once a year, and the rest of the time is quite. I have never regretted that I bought my Chief
Girulka
And I think that 20 is better than 10. And if funds allow, then of course 20. It is more in weight - the harvester does not jump on a steep dough, for example, the Bowl is higher - when you do something in it, you don't need to use it spray cover - nothing splashes, and more is not less, even if you need it a couple of times a year!
Yes, and it was definitely noticed - if there are 10, then later you will still regret that you did not buy 20 - this is the essence of a person - he constantly lacks! And if you buy 20, then never say that it would be better if you bought 10! I say this as a happy user 20 (thank you very much to my husband for dissuading me from buying 10)!
Margit

I quote verbatim what is written in the annotation:
"This book was written specifically for the Kenwood Kitchen Machines and contains over 180 recipes with illustrations for some of them. The recipes are international and use a wide range of ingredients for both very quick cooking and more sophisticated gourmet dishes. Using the kitchen. with the Kenwood machine, you will develop your culinary skills and can cook easier.
The book consists of chapters on various types of food such as soups, snacks, fish, meats, desserts and even bread recipes ... "
Perhaps I don't really need her, and I, like Freken Bockhaving read the book, I would not have found anything special in it. I don't know this, but I know for sure that our forum is better than any book, just have time to read it!

Margit , your message can be understood so that Chef bowls are suitable for the Major, and vice versa. I think, nevertheless, you did not mean it. By the way, the bowl in the Ice Cream Maker is quite suitable for other purposes. And the attachment for wiping and sifting on this very bowl from the ice cream maker sits better than on the metal one from the basic set. It spins on metal.
