ZHIRULKA!!! Congratulations!!! Our regiment has arrived !! I, too, have never regretted the size, but I can not find all the attachments. As for the corolla tightening ... it was adjusted normally. When I whipped one protein for the first time, I was upset at first, no matter how, and then at the highest speed, and everything is fine. You are in the instr. read, there is a different speed for each nozzle, otherwise I was confused at first.

Will 020 be able to knead a small portion into half of the Darnitsky norm from the fugasca?

I join the question, will 020 knead bread with 300 grams of flour?
And the tight noodles for 300 grams of flour?

If the answer has already been somewhere, do not hit hard

........ will 020 knead bread with 300 grams of flour?
And the tight noodles for 300 grams of flour? ........

I have 20. Today I made a pizza dough from 2 glasses of flour and 200 ml of water (according to the recipe for HP). The dough dangled at the bottom practically, but everything turned out fine.
There, if you adjust the beaters correctly, then beat up one egg and the dough for 1 glass of flour will turn out!
When I chose to buy 1o or 2o, it took a long time to decide - after all, there are only two of us in the family. And now I don't regret 20 not a bit! If possible, take more! Moreover, they differ by a couple of cm in size, but significantly in bowls!

Girulka
Someone tried to knead the dough on rye, Borodino bread in a combine? As I understand it, they need one long batch - theoretically, a combine (10 or 20) can knead. And which nozzle (for dough or K-shaped) to knead? I tend to K-shaped - the dough is vague and sticky, it turns out.
What do you think or do?
Kalmykova
I mix with a pure rye type of Borodinsky K-shaped mixer, but I shovel a little from the edges with a spatula once. My dough is like sticky clay, no bun. It won't take long, just mix well. It turns out AWESOME! If I give anyone a piece of bread to taste, it's just a love potion!
Freken Bock
And I, handy, yesterday the pusher from the KITCHEN COMBINE nozzle banged on the tile floor. It remained intact, but a crack appeared. So disgusting.
Girulka
Quote: zvezda

ZHIRULKA, how do you make mashed potatoes? what nozzle?

K-shaped iron. And it is advisable to pour boiling water over the inside of the saucepan of the combine before throwing the potatoes there, so that the potatoes do not cool down quickly until they become puree. And add a little bit of water.
Rina
oh, I wandered around the German and French Amazon and saw ...
kenwood KM 040 ...
seems to have an electronic shutdown timer (judging by the picture)
🔗
on the German Kenwood website, KM 010, 020, 030, 040 are exhibited from this series. As I understand it, 030 and 040 are analogues of 010 and 020, respectively, but with this very timer.
but worth it, zarrazy ... wow!
Girulka
We buy an electronic timer in the region of 10 cu. That is, the problem with Kenwood's desire 40 is solved!
The less electronics, the more durable the device! But in general, I can't even imagine how much this electronics can withstand - vibration, for example, at Kenwood 20, be healthy at high speeds!
Rina
And I don't want a timer. I was just wondering how much a single crap can raise the price of a product. They still haven't put the scales in there (as in their own food processors), then the machine will generally cost like a Porsche.

Yeah, when kneading bread, when the dough has already gathered in a heap, I hold it with both hands - otherwise it will jump off the table!

Wow, I didn’t even suspect that I needed to sit out kneading bread to the end together with the combine in an embrace
somehow inconvenient, in HP I checked it a couple of times and is free ..... and programmability allows you to mix in time as much as necessary.

It seems like Kenwood is becoming a leader for me for mixing, but something will always come out ... I only need a kneader in a combine, well, maybe I would have bought a mill to Nennu.

If we could have safely sold Kitchen Aid, I wouldn't have racked my head, I would have bought it, it seems to work so well on YouTube videos, eh ...
Tatiana Gnezdilova
Maybe off topic, but .. I also have Kenwood, though simpler, Prospero - KM 266. Bought in March 2009, I was happy like a child! : wow: I did everything for them - and kneaded the dough while there was no HP, and the meat grinder worked and the rest of the nozzles were also not idle. But my joy ended just before the New Year. It stopped turning on, apparently something with a contact (I soothe myself so much) There is still a guarantee, now you have to take it to the service ... and then, as luck would have it. It's sad. Already got used to it, all the attachments that I need are there. The assistant is excellent, as I will now, it is not clear. The previous combine worked for me for more than 10 years, not a single breakdown and now works with my mother-in-law, but here not a year has passed - it broke down.
SLA
I want to share my joy with you - my husband and son gave them Kenwood 010 on NG, which I had been looking at for a long time. Do not convey my feelings when I saw a huge box under the tree! And where did they hide her from me?
I have a question for experienced Kenwood owners. When I was looking after the combine, one of the main arguments was the presence of a sieve for wiping AT992A ( 🔗). In my old Mulik it was almost like that, I processed currants, sea buckthorn, viburnum for jam. Only it was plastic, flimsy and almost worked. I went to the store for a nozzle, and the seller said that it was not suitable for my purposes, it was used for sifting, well, as a last resort, grind boiled tomatoes. And I need a press for AT644 berries ( 🔗), and even that berry puree will not work with it, only juice, no pulp. I'm at a loss, I need to separate the pulp from the skins and seeds. What is the best way to do this? Help!
Girulka
SLA, why not? I just for these purposes bought such a sieve for my ken 20 (it comes with two sizes of holes). The truth is quietly while waiting in the box for the season of berries. Although you can still test it on cranberries, which are now being sold at full speed! ABOUT!
SLA
Yes, so it seemed to me that such a sieve should fit. Come on, the seller knows better Girulka, you just have an iron will. Maybe you will conduct sea trials?
Mummy mama
And who used the juicer included with the combine? Yelling like I do not know what .. can it be faulty?
I am happy with the meat grinder, the mixer is good, the blender is also good, I will try the mill in the coming days .. only the juicer upset me

Have you ever used an ice maker ??
zvezda
I use a juicer every day. VERY happy !!! I make juice from beets + cucumber + celery + carrots, sometimes an apple, moreover, a whole one. She really yells, but it doesn't bother me.
irism
Girls, I'm new here !!! But I am glad to share my news with you: I bought KENWOOD 010 before the New Year !!! Thanks to your forum, by the way !!! I re-read everything and realized that this is exactly what I need !!! SATISFIEDAAAAAAAA !!!!
I bought almost everything that I thought was necessary for the standard configuration))) Every day I have it in my works, it stands in the most conspicuous place ... In general, this is what is NECESSARY on the farm for those who love themselves and their loved ones

SLA, firstly, congratulations on your gift!
And secondly, the seller is wrong.
I used this sieve many times: I rubbed blackberries for ice cream, tomatoes for ketchup, currants from the skin, sea buckthorn. Excellent sieve. Its performance is excellent, manually So and so many it would be difficult to squeeze.
SLA
Thank you, Zefirka Good news about the sieve

It would be interesting to know how the meat grinder-type attachment works. Theoretically, it should also separate the pulp, only the work is continuous, without stopping to remove the cake. Has anyone tried it yet? Maybe they used it in a meat grinder, before there were nozzles for old manual ones of this type? And then it's time to determine, until the nozzles are sold out by summer

The more I work on it, the more I fall in love .... and every time I discover something new in it (her .... she is still a machine ...) or rather new opportunities.

Girls, this is great! Share with newbies.
Here I can't beat the eggs into a strong foam, to the peaks. And with an ordinary weak mixer, there is always no problem. I'll try only proteins, but the reason is interesting. Maybe adjust the whisk?

Have you adjusted the attachment height of the attachments? If the whisk is attached high, it will not whip up the whites. Ask your husband to adjust with the key that came with the CM.

SLA, I only whipped the whites a few times, but it was whipped perfectly.
But my friend is delighted (I'm not afraid of this word) from Kenwood Major.
She is a lover of cakes and sweet pastries, and before she had problems with whipping proteins. Before Kenwood.
And now, he says, they always whip very quickly into a strong foam.

M. b., Right, adjust the whisk? It should almost touch the bowl, i.e. the gap d. B. minimum.

zvezda
I also join your friend Zefirka !!! I, too, for almost a year now, just wildly delighted with my Major !!! I used to have Moulinex electronically programmable and Bosha already 2 harvesters, but none can be compared with Majorik !! I make mascarpone in 3-4 minutes .... and what kind of minced meat is whipped !!!! And the juice for a whole apple ?! And the noodles ?! You can list it endlessly ... I also grind the flour now in it (or on it) ...

Good morning girls! I'm new here. I would like to know - can anyone already have a Kenwood MX 300, how is it at work? Recently I found it on the website of an Internet store. It looks very much like Kitchen Aid in appearance, but is 1.5-2 times cheaper.

Prompt: Will Kenwood Prospero 266 knead yeast dough from 1 kg of flour? For me, this moment is fundamental, but on the site about kenwoods something incomprehensible about the volume of dough and flour is written.

I bought Canwood 266. But: his CD with 90 recipes "does not see" my iMak. I'm upset. Instructions are scanty - which is understandable, but still ... Help with advice, who saw these recipes - what's in there?
zalina74
Thank you, that's already something!

But I still do not understand: why in Kenwood the amount of flour is indicated max. 500 g, and in a similar Boche 1 kg. After all, Ken's power is higher, the volume of the bowl is not less.
Quote: Tortyzhka

be sure to listen to the SOUND of the combine working at full speed. It should be clean, sonorous and free of extraneous noise. rattling, knocking, etc. My advice: LISTEN to the working unit !!!
And I just sat down to write about the fact that my just bought Kenwood Prospero is already very noisy, and even with some kind of roar.
When the mixer is running, in addition to the sound of the motor (quite loud, but this is understandable), some kind of rumble is heard in the left rear part (where the fan is). Maybe this is due to the "planetary" movement of the corollas? ... But this rumble is annoying - some unnatural and you want to plug your ears.It seems to me that the volume during operation exceeds the permissible decibels.

Rent it out in an online store or check it out in a service? Or go to the store to listen to the same apparatus?
Now I will not sleep.
What to do?
zalina74
I talked to the service center. It is necessary to take it in for repair - they will look. Receivers won't be able to say anything right away. And all this can take 10-40 days ... They will also scratch something (they said to carry it with all the bells and whistles).
Or maybe I’m bothering in vain? I'll go to the Media-Markt - I will listen, maybe they are all such "rumble". If so, on the way back it will be possible to buy earplugs at the pharmacy.
zalina74
I went. Upset: noise is like noise: hums and rumbles a little. Mine roars as if undermined: something inside is about to fall apart.
The online store said that they would only accept it back with the conclusion of a service about a manufacturing defect. I'll have to go to the service to take it (with all the personal belongings asked). Maybe just the unit itself with mixers?
To say that I am disappointed is to say nothing!
Zlata
Girls, please tell me who bought attachments for the harvester separately, is there a Kenwood manufacturer's warranty card for attachments for a kitchen machine, in particular for at 941 - grinder for cereals, at-957 - ice cream
zvezda
Zlata !! I have a year's warranty on all attachments, according to the law, this can be a guarantee and by check. Where did you find 957 ??? !!!! This is for the major ??? Please write
Zlata
zvezda, everything is very simple online store 🔗, but they do not give a warranty card, they say that accessories are not allowed, but they gave me a meat grinder (at 950). I bought a meat grinder in another online store. The winter lady comes without instructions in Russian and costs 2320
Zlata
zvezda, we try to enter the store itself, then in the catalog - small household appliances - accessories and care products, there we look for Kenwood AT957 nozzle in the list. A window will open, but without a photo, which will indicate the cost of the product and the ability to put it in the basket. I just checked that the nozzle is in this way.
Zlata
Girls, please tell me who has the AT 970 dough rolling attachment, what type of dough it is intended for, only for noodles, or you can roll out yeast dough too.
zvezda
With pleasure !!! I have this nozzle sooooo often used. I can EXACTLY say, for yeast it is simply gorgeous, I even make filo dough on it. only the last stage, I stretch it on my hands. It's also very good and quickly turns out puff pastry-yeast, I just don't make many layers ... I even rolled out a shortbread on it, and nothing about dumplings ...
Zlata
zvezda, great, just when ordering, let them pay the manager's attention that there should be a warranty card for it.
I fought with the store for 2 days, today they finally brought a coupon, and before that they stubbornly argued that coupons are not issued for accessories. I had to call the Kenwood dealership, then the service center at the dealership, as a result, they issued a ticket.

Looking forward to making ice cream this weekend.

Zvezda, how do you like the size of the bowl, at first it seemed to me very large, now I'm getting used to it. My husband and father chose 020 by a strong-willed decision, I wanted 010, they said that big is better than small and the pocket doesn’t hold up.
Mummy mama
Today I made a biscuit roll - the eggs were beaten with a bang! Almost to the top .. despite the fact that I whipped both yolk and white :-)

My friend's nozzle just rolls out the dough.
She, I remember, was looking for noodle attachments (they are additional), but could not find it.
And I'm very happy with the rolling. Her husband is a big fan of manti. Now, he says, no problem.

Noodles (dumplings, cheburek, mantyshnoe) rolls out without problems, I haven't tried yeast. I think. that the puff will roll out too

I just think, think ... Do I need a nozzle for sifting and wiping? ..My husband will definitely bang me.

Freken Bock , very good nozzle. I had a lot of tomatoes in the summer, I made ketchup with this attachment. If not for her, I don’t know ... she wipes it very quickly, it leaves almost dry cake (seeds and skins).
Jelly from cr. did currants - excellent.
If you cook a lot of vegetables and fruits, then a sieve is a very necessary thing.

Zefirka
ZHIRULKA, which is larger.

Aunt Besya
And I like to wipe the cottage cheese through it, I have a good cottage cheese with pickled cucumber and herbs in tartlets
Kalmykova
Freken Bock The KENWOOD AT 644 nozzle is what I want!

SLA
Does the sieve not quite suit you? I am going to buy a nozzle, most of all I am interested in rubbing berries (currants, sea buckthorn, viburnum), I want to figure out what is more convenient for this purpose. I have a sieve similar to that on an old combine, but I can only guess about the convenience of Strumka. And two nozzles are expensive at once, my husband will not understand Yes, and I do not like it when too much is lying around in the kitchen, and there is so little space. Share your thoughts :)

A press for berries, a nozzle like for a meat grinder were old before. Here he is 🔗
Girulka
Today I tried my sieve on cranberries! I bought two half liter jars. The sieve rubbed the cranberries cool - the skins remained at the top, and pure juice with pulp at the bottom (560 g)! I'm very happy!
From the resulting pulp, jam is now being cooked in a bread machine, and compote (apples + a bit of cherries + cranberry cake) is cooked from skin waste. The result is a very fragrant cranberry compote!

Does it make sense to buy it if there is a sieve? As far as I understand, they have the same principle - the juice-pulp is poured out, but the skins-bones remain?
Freken Bock
Girls, what's the difference in the AT 930 and AT 992A nozzles? 930 is for Major, and 992 A is for Chief, like that. But why such a difference in numbers? Maybe 992 are just replacement sieve grids?

Ukrainian girls! Tell me where to buy a sieve and how much. March 8 is close, close ...
Rina
I am not yet the owner of this miracle hostile friendly technique, but my question is: does anyone use the pasta attachment?
zvezda
I use both for rolling and for spaghetti ... very convenient !!!
Rina
Star , I did not quite accurately formulate the question. I saw that there are some nozzles for forming bulk pasta (by squeezing out the dough). I asked about them
