this is cake
Suvorovskoe is a cookie from the Soviet past, very tasty. There are many recipe options on the network, including according to GOST.

Now they also sell it, they do it in whatever way, bought it here, but the taste is not the same, or I have already forgotten it ...
I decided to do it myself, rummaged in the net and blinded from several recipes. The filling in it is made on the basis of condensed milk, but it seemed to me a little watery - they advised ganache. In general, it turned out a la Suvorov, not original, but delicious

Cookies a la # Suvorovskoe #
150 gr flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
1 egg
80 gr icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)
80 g butter (room temperature)
We knead everything in the grinder:
first butter with powdered and vanilla sugar, then an egg, then flour with baking powder, everything is mixed with knives until smooth. We transfer the dough into a bag and squeeze it into the shape of a stick - the bottom, the top panel is flat (I have it from the crab). She baked, like, 5 minutes, but watched so that it would not be too fried.
Filling:
100 g of chocolate
50 g cl butter (room temperature)
Melt chocolate in the world on defrost to 45 g, cool to 25, 30 g, add butter and beat with a mixer. Transfer to package.
Squeeze the cooled ganache onto a cooled cookie, slap another and send them to the refrigerator to cool completely.
Then I melted the chocolate icing in a water bath and tricked one side of the cookie into it.
It turned out very tasty, I recommend it.
You can try another filling, as long as it does not flow.
To love
ptitsa, Olya, thanks, we don't sell this, we must try to do it)

Will she replace my Orion / Travola type pancake maker with 2 pancakes?
Probably late, the answer has already been purchased? No, the pancake bar is no substitute for a pancake maker. Even pancakes are inconvenient to bake. But the socket is cool! Easy to clean, large usable area. I have one of the most popular: scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs (just 2 eggs are included), liquid honey cake, all types of pancakes, khachapuriki with and without filling, pancakes with chicken breast ... Plump, plump. Just a little thing or two per serving))

Thanks for your feedback! Yes, I already bought it - pancakes and French toasts :) She put up the pancake maker for sale, it has been idle for a long time. I myself make baked goods and other useful things a little bit, my men don't eat that, so this panel is very useful.

No, I don't have hamburgers - I have pizza, grill, sandwiches, Belgian waffles, Dutch waffles, donuts (they came with the multi-baker) and bought additional pancakes, French toast and the alphabet just recently got cheap, I plan to have tartlets and nuts. I am wondering if I need sticks, cookies (such round) and squares. I bake a little now at all.
Alenka578
Vika, I also do not have hamburgers in size and depth, they are the same, but the pancakes are rounded at the edges, and the hamburgers are "stacked" and with stripes.Because of this, it is difficult to wash them, many because of this rarely get them. Although they say that the cutlets are especially juicy and crusty

How does the alphabet work? One of the panels in the alphabet sticks tightly ... As it turned out, it was such a batch, it is not my only one that sticks ...
Sticks are a good socket, such cool barrels come out. Round cookies are very small, they only contain oatmeal cookies or gingerbread dough. Why squares if there are pancakes?

Only today in eldorado skybaker M659 \ 3S with panels of thin waffles, sandwiches, omelet for 1999
Super price
It is even more profitable to take it from Eldorado on the goods marketplace point ru for registration, it seems, they still give 500 rubles, you can immediately write off for the first order.
if you need something else, ordering through the mobile application using the goods promo code gives a discount of 1000 from 4000 (not only for new ones)

The alphabet has not yet baked, I planned to try it this weekend. It will be a shame if it sticks :( Although I got a socket for 540r, but still, there are great hopes for it - both help in learning the alphabet, and words for different celebrations and DR

There are SO MANY recipes ... Look at the first page, many have posted. Somewhere else there was a Temka about tartlets. And also a site about a multibaker, even two - official and with recipes))
I don't really bother, mine don't like tartlets, I made puff pastry in nuts for caviar on NG - good for one bite. And I didn't even buy a tartlet socket. I think that puff pastry will work there too. And the bulk waffle should be good. For sweets, probably half sand will be good?

Boston Cupcake Fish. Inside are pieces of chocolate. I liked the dough, airy and obedient. I poured a full half, it rises well. And it does not crack (it happens in fish too). Delicious!
Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes
Alenka212
Olga, I specialize more in savory. For them, the perfect dough is just a godsend. It turns out thin, light, stored for a long time. And for a cake, a shortbread is better. The tartlets are thicker and tougher.
I like to play with sandbread more with a cupcake (both a basket and a filling in one bottle).

Zucchini Christmas trees for babies
How to get the little ones to eat zucchini? It turns out you can! Got it))
Half a young zucchini (I have from the garden, 25 centimeters long) with a peel and a middle. Rubbed on a medium grater. I didn't squeeze the juice. Plus 2 quail eggs, 3 tbsp. spoons of yogurt, salt, a little soda, 3 tbsp. spoons with a slide of flour. The dough turned out like a not very thick sour cream. I spread it with a bag.
It turned out 3.5 Christmas trees
And again the photo did not turn over as it should ...
Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes

And Alenka, then we have 2 different ones, and I didn’t pay attention that 2 Helen-Alenka and both craftsmen!
Elena, Yes, such a Christmas tree cracks any non-lover of squash!

No, thanks. Definitely not necessary)) I accidentally bought it, at the closing of MediaMarkt for 300r. A very complex socket.Gingerbread from it? They break, you can't put together a Christmas tree. Pour dough? Either it rises strongly, which should not be, or soft cookies come out - the tops of the trees fall ... We need to select a recipe for them. Here the zucchini accidentally came out, and then only with the addition of yogurt-flour ... Somehow I will try the semi-sand waffle dough - but not the fact that I will collect

Exactly in Hong Kong? I haven’t seen this ... Maybe in Viennese or Dutch? A pouring honey cake, for example, was exactly made for a cake in such panels. But about Hong Kong ...

Actually, can you make a cake from any waffles than Hong Kong ones? ))

Thank you so much! probably any recipe for sweet waffles can be used for future cake cakes, whether in Hong Kong waffles or in Belgian
Alenka578
My new, twentieth, socket took the corners. Now I have all the childrens))) iiiii ... Probably, I'll stop there. Enough panels for me))
I already wrote the recipe for zucchini pancakes, laid out the Christmas tree a little higher. But again.

For two animals, a third of a young zucchini (I had about 25 cm), 2 quail eggs, salt, a little soda, st. a spoonful of homemade cream, flour. I didn't wring out the zucchini. The panels were slightly greased with butter and baked until the third light bulb
For children, a very suitable size, fewer pancakes, just for a portion of the baby))

I wanted such an electrical appliance, but, as always, I want to kill all the rabbits. Here I read somewhere that the Grill panel has a number of disadvantages:
- poorly washed
- due to the lack of draining the liquid (as opposed to a full-fledged grill), the meat can simply cook
I realized that there would be no problems for baking with sockets. I plan to want a panel for thick waffles and for sandwiches (triangles like that).
Grill question. Is it possible to fully cook kupaty, sausages, steak on it?

Grill question. Is it possible to fully cook kupaty, sausages, steak on it?
Power is not enough for a full grill. You can cook kupaty and sausages, they turn out well. People also cook steak, but a little with dancing: remove excess water and marinate ... Chicken is not bad, but it doesn't take long to cook.
tascha
And the one that only differs in power by 1400W? Is the quality of the grill coating the same? all panels fit? And that 1400 watts won't help with steak cooking?
Alenka578
Quote: tascha
And the one that only differs in power by 1400W? Is the quality of the grill coating the same? all panels fit? And that 1400 watts won't do the trick for steak?
We have already discussed this issue, and more than once. And experiments were carried out. Wafers from the same dough six and seven bake the same time. That is, in the seven, all the power goes to size. It is twice as large. A full-fledged grill seven also does not replace. The steak will fry. Only long and dancing. Either get wet the liquid, then the heating is uneven ... Look at this Temko, people fried pork, turkey, chicken wings come out well. But they usually don't bother. Long.
By the way, potatoes are fried with 1.5 cm plastics for 20 minutes. It turns out tasty. Zucchini can be fried if breaded and juiced a little.
In general, a cartoon is still a waffle iron. And not the fastest. Look at Polaris, they have models with 5 panels, and the power is slightly higher. Although all sorts of reviews too ((

Most likely, we have already discussed it.And if you put the steak on a Belgian waffle plate (those that are large-convex)? Will the liquid flow into the hollows and will it be a little more regular frying? Experimenting this way with meat?

No, we didn’t experiment. This is either a very thin steak, or do not close the cartoon to the end. I think that just under the panel the juice will run away and it's good if you just have to wash it. Well, this device is not for meat ... a waffle iron ...
And even if you do different things on the same panel (bake waffles, make an omelette and bake meat), then everything will stick to it very quickly ...
Kubeba1
Then it is better to use the burger socket - there is also some volume for a piece of meat / cutlet, and the ribs-bulges are more prominent than on the grill socket. And a fat groove around the edge, by the way.
Only steaks should be 10 cm in diameter, no more.
If anything, I didn’t try to make a piece of meat in them, here I am theorizing.

Mist, Irina, I can advise - I experimented for a long time, until thin and full, and not cut off came out. Take any shortbread dough - I got it from Oli-Rada-dms - and roll 15 grams of balls. Then flatten each hand into a circle with a diameter of about a tartlet with sides from the bottom panel - you put it. I don't know if I wrote it clearly! While the batch is being baked, I weigh and flatten the next one. The baking time of one bookmark is 3.5-4 minutes.
tascha
I decided to buy, I'll play. Now I will look for a cheaper one. Maybe you can advise where it is better to buy? Is it faked? Probably should be taken with a complete set of grill belg. waffles sandwiches, and there it will be trampled.
Alenka578
tascha, have not heard of fakes. What is there to fake? You can buy it anywhere, if you were very lucky - you can find it for 1.6-1.8 tons. In a company store, in Eldorado, in Lenta, in M. video))
Often you can take a smart multibaker for 2.5 in total (they also break often, although they look better, not so flimsy). And the base, especially the six hundredth one-year guarantee for a share, can easily be taken for 700 rubles. ))
tascha
Oh, and what can a smart one do?
Alenka578
tascha, yes, in essence, the same thing, but there is control via a smartphone. Well, he looks more impressive. In this Temka, they have already shown it, in fact, the advantage that you can set the timer with a smartphone. And that's all)))

Hello, dear residents of the site!
I recently became the owner of a redmond multibaker RMB-M 731/3. I want to try to cook vegetables (eggplant and zucchini) on the grill panels.
I would be very grateful if you could tell me which topic to go to, otherwise I am very poorly guided by something on the site (even from the phone I can not understand where that is).
Thank you.

I tried to bake zucchini. I'm not good at it - a lot of water, and the zucchini is stewed, not baked. And the chicken turns out to be grilled, yes.

Galina, Galya! Yes Yes! You baked the buckles, and I tried the zucchini. It was quite good for itself, no rivers of liquid were observed
Alenka578
About the zucchini in the six they said that you need to salt, then drain the excess water, roll the zucchini in flour (or crackers, but then, apparently, with an egg). Then they are baked, not boiled. I tried it, I still didn't like it very much. Much tastier than pancakes))
Ukka
Do not salt the zucchini, do not roll in flour, do not dance with tambourines with our daughter on two different Redmonds-6. We just cut it thickly, not less than a cm thick, and better, 1.5 cm. There are no puddles.
ch-g-ch
Different zucchini, maybe? In my little cartoon they just float away.

But my cartoon is already very old, and it works almost every day, I look, some wires are frayed. Maybe because of this, the panels heat up less? I do not know
Ukka
Maybe because of this. Does your network voltage not drop? Devices often work weaker due to undervoltage in the network. In my daughter's cartoon, only mushrooms float, nothing floats for me, although we live in neighboring houses.
