I mixed everything up. I also cooked onions, but forgot to put them in! 🤣
I laid it out with a spoon in cells, with a large slide, so that they could reach the upper roof, into the cold one. The Female did NOT lubricate with oil. Closed, turned on, 8 min. At first I opened the lid (on the latch-dog), so it steamed well, but then immediately closed it, because I realized that the steam (liquid) would go away and the cutlets would be dry. She turned it off, stood still for 10 minutes (I was just busy with my grandson, not time for cutlets!). Another observation: some of the cutlets turned over before turning off (with a silicone spatula, turned over very easily and remarkably, did not fall apart, did not crumble), the rest simply did not have time. So: no difference !!! So you don't even need to turn it over !!!
The obese cutlets came out - triangular! Tall, fluffy, juicy! but time - it took only 10 minutes!
