And I even bought a blender soup cooker Dobrynya for tofu. In fact, this is a soy cow, but since we do not eat tofu so actively, it is positioned as a soup cooker. I love mashed soups, so it doesn't stand idle. And it turned out to be unexpectedly convenient to cook eggs in it (I always thought that the most stupid device is an egg cooker)). A soy cow produces milk perfectly: quick and easy. So if you love homemade tofu, I recommend it.
I want to say that soybeans taste different. I bought from two different vendors and the tofu tasted differently.
Tofu also makes delicious cheese cakes. To make it taste like curd, I added thick homemade yogurt (as well as eggs, semolina and raisins) to the mashed tofu. I make the consistency of all cheesecakes (and from cottage cheese) thinner than usually. I put a spoon in a plate with semolina and roll it over. Fry in a lightly oiled skillet. Excellent cheesecakes turned out, just for a change. The same mass (less semolina and eggs) is good for stuffing pancakes
