zvezda, Olya! So measured different volumes are needed. And I've been looking at this bowl for a long time too. Probably need to buy too.
I love everything from this company.
venera19
But I bought a uniform.

Kitchen little things (2)

I really wanted to try the perforated baking sheet as an alternative to baking stone. Sometimes I bake a little, just buns or pies, too lazy to heat the stone.

The shape is round, but large, my usual 85g hamburger buns, 12 pcs, fit and baked. I did not understand the benefits yet, but I liked it.
Wiki
I also have such a form, I use it for its intended purpose - I bake pizza. The advantage is that I put it on the grid and it turns out that the bottom is open almost as well as the top.
Pizza is baked quickly, there the dough is thin, the filling is all ready, if you bake it for a long time, it will dry out. And so it turns out soft and crispy at the same time. I like.
venera19
I always bake pizza, like tortillas, on a stone, I really like it. But I'll try on this form too.
The last pizza (you can say mini-pizza) was baked in a recently bought tortillana. Suddenly I liked it very much. Not so fast (15-20 minutes for one), but all eaters are delighted.

Is it in Galamart ??
venera19
No, we don't have such a store. Small local hardware store, I call it "local Alishka". Now, if I want to write out something on Ali from household trivia, then first I need to look in this store. Prices are about the same, but you don't have to wait two months.
But the oil dispenser was not there. Well, maybe now they will bring it from my submission. They say that the hostess herself goes to China to buy goods.

I think Vetta is popular. You can find their products in many stores.

Maybe he drives.
Actually

"Vetta" is a trade mark of the wholesale company "Gala-Center", established in the early 1990s. and is currently one of the leaders in the domestic wholesale trade. The Vetta brand produces household goods, table and kitchen utensils, tablecloths, curtains and rugs for the bathroom, combs, thermoses, household appliances - everything that makes our life more convenient.

And of course the Gala-Center is directly related to Galamart.

Thanks for the valuable information. But our region is not covered by Galamart. And delivery, you know, increases the cost of the desired form.

Not a secret. There it is written on the photo with a marker, 250r

Good day!
Maybe someone will need such information. I have been looking for a small ladle for a long time and in METRO I saw a ladle for pancakes TRAMONTINA ABILITY. I have a 22cm pancake pan. and this ladle is exactly 1 pancake. I have already tried it - this is what I wanted.

And a day later, I bought 2 more pots and a large baking dish.
I like it very much, beautiful, comfortable, cook and can be heated in the same dish.

And I bought Pyrex with white caps on all-bt, as Helen and Nadia Jouravl advised. Happy as an elephant! The lids are soft but tight. And the price is just great! Because I'm taking it.ru, after discussing these dishes on HP, prices soared too much
Jouravl
marika33, Svetlenki, girls, congratulations! A very good purchase!
Let the festive table be beautiful and aesthetic

I would like to add about Pyrex with white caps, or rather its difference from Pyrex with green ones. I had green lids in another house. So, there are such "ears" on both sides, which are convenient to grasp when taking them out of the oven. This is a very useful moment if you cook in them. But in terms of storage in the refrigerator, this may not be very convenient. I only needed containers for storage. And even if I bake in them, it will not be regular at all (I think so now). In general, keep in mind. These "ears" used to bother me

marika33, Marinawhat a great set you got. I also bought myself a baking dish a couple of weeks ago. as in your bottom photo, rectangular. Even the cardboard insert is exactly the same, I bought it for a very ridiculous price in our Little House.
And before Black Friday, I gathered from the Rosette to order a bowl for 3 liters of Pyrex, there was a promotion there. But while I was thinking, I got into our Comfi for a promotion and bought an unplanned set of pans

Now I have temporarily postponed the purchase of a bowl, my husband has not yet left the pots

Just don't heat in the microwave. Several of my glassware cracked in the mic. When you take it out of the refrigerator, the food in the micron heats up faster than cold glass, and a sharp temperature difference is obtained. As a result - tink and no dishes, no food!
By the way, you won't be able to heat it on the stove either.
Marika33
Jouravl, Nadya, thank you very much! I really like the dishes, it is a pleasure to cook in it, the whole process is visible and in case of burning, you can immediately take action. Yes, and in general, beautiful dishes cheer up!
Svetlenki, Sveta, congratulations! And I haven't bought with lids, but it's not over yet ...
nila, Nelya, congratulations, a beautiful set! I like the ladle more than the handles, it is more convenient.

lega, Galina, I don’t have a micra, I donated it. I agree, you need to be more careful with glass. I had a long-standing glass pan. In the summer, the water boiled away, cooked porridge in the summer kitchen, ran in, and there it has already burned decently. I took it off the fire and put it on the table. Scattered.

Olya! If my memory serves me on the Pyrex website there is a maximum temperature difference that these dishes can withstand, something of the order of 200 degrees.
So every time you have to count!

I also have a lot of Pyrex dishes - I have been using baking trays of different sizes and bowls for a very long time, but I have never cracked anything, although I have put it in the oven several times from the refrigerator.

Larisa, Olya,
I went from my computer, found information about thermal shock. Here is:

Judging by their promises, nothing should crack. We didn't mock our forms so extreme, but it's okay too!: Yes:
Thermal shock = 220 degrees.

Marina, thank you! I, one might say, because of the ladle and took the full set. You could take a set of 2 pots, it was also on sale. Here you get pots of 3.3 liters and 5.7 liters. A ladle of 1.7 liters. As I saw the displacement, I didn't even look at other promotional sets. But here, too, there was a good deal, a discount for our 1000 UAH.

although I put it repeatedly from the refrigerator into the oven.
I don't know if I'm doing the right thing, but I put all glass molds in a cold oven.
And if I bake vegetables or meat, then this is basically normal. But if there is some kind of cake, then I always think whether or not to preheat the oven, as expected. But in the end I still put it in the cold one, and then I just turn it on. How are you doing?

nila, I put all the glass in a cold oven and never put it straight out of the refrigerator.

I have a lot of bowls from Pyrex, semicircular. For many years I have been using them, whipping in them, heating them, freezing them - defrosting them in MV.
All are whole. But initially the bowls were not cheap, only from large stores. I saw fakes for Pyrex, glass of a different shade, the weight is lighter and the label is pale. I suspect that such dishes cracked ...

Galya, have you cracked this particular company?
Ol, I don’t remember exactly which company it was, but it’s unlikely Pyrex. Once (for a long time) I cooked something on the stove in a glass patch and added cold water, I did not like the result, I had to clean everything up for a long time. The second time in the micra, I heated something meaty in a thick-walled, such as a salad bowl with a lid. There was much less cleaning this time, but I still didn't like the result. So decide for yourself - to warm, not to warm

I have already told in another topic that one of our members of the forum warmed up an empty glass dish in the oven, then threw bread dough, which was allowed to stand at room temperature, into it and set it to bake! Almost like with a cast-iron cauldron. And nothing, the glass withstood, I was very surprised, I myself do not risk such experiments. :-)

Nelya, I don't have PYREX, I have SIMAX, this is also expensive. I bake meat or the like only in them and put the dish with the contents only in a hot oven! I had the forms in branded boxes and inside there was a booklet of instructions in different languages. I studied it carefully. There was not a word about a hot oven! It was only written that cold liquid must not be poured into a hot mold EVERYTHING! I remember this firmly and if it is necessary to top up in the process, then only pour hot liquid.

I have 3 different shapes and 3 pots with lids. I have been using them for 15 years already, I always put them in a hot oven, I also use them in the microwave (especially pots, they are round). All forms are intact.
Girls, just think, you put the food, the mold and the contents of room T. into the mold. Now you put this in the hot oven. What happens to the form? That's right, it heats up gradually along with the contents! But if you add something cold to a hot mold, then a temperature shock will occur, something happens in the glass at the physical level and can easily crack. Likewise, if you put a hot dish on a cold surface. Although I take the molds out of the oven and place them on top of the glass ceramic hob, everything is fine.
You can not believe me, I know that you will still do it your own way. All the same, you will stick in a cold oven, no matter what happens.

I have ikeevsky, many and which are containers with lids that can be put into the oven, and Pyrex. I put it in a preheated oven, but on a cold wire rack. I take it out with silicone tacks and on silicone stands or together with a grid. Well, it seems to me that the shock is less It seems to be enough for now, there are 10-9 years old forms.

I join in the congratulations! Let your beautiful glass molds serve you faithfully.
I have had various Pirex glass molds for a very long time. The requirement not to put a wet dish in a hot oven on a hot wire rack is strictly observed. I even bought a mesh round stand, but the forms slide on it.
In short, I always put the mold on a thick kitchen towel so that no moisture suddenly wet it from below, and before turning on the oven for preheating, I take out the rack shelf.
When the oven has warmed up and the mold is full, I put the cold rack-shelf in the oven and immediately on top of it the glass mold.

Ksyusha, nozzles can be any - "open star", "closed star", "French", which is for eclairs, they are all suitable for cakes and marshmallows. I like the 1M, a very small nozzle. A marshmallow gun will not work, but an adapter is not needed for the bag and the bag needs a large one.

I place it like this, most often 1M (base 2.5 cm, height 4.5 cm) it is in the center Kitchen little things (2), here is the marshmallow deposited with a nozzle 1 M Kitchen little things (2)
