Lenusya, I have a lot, only 6 pieces were shredded into the dryer, they lie on the table, and I like to roll the dough on a large one, but I don't like washing them brr.

Virine, maybe not now. I stocked up a year ago after Miranda's tip. I bought myself, and my mother-in-law, and my husband's sister. In the Globe, she recently turned it over in her hands and did not pick it up, while they were still full at home. I use them not only for baking, I use them and now freeze cutlets, dumplings, etc.

Cook, Olya, for many years I have been using only Freken Bock paper - wonderful, nothing has ever stuck. It comes in different widths - 30 and 38 cm. Sold, for example, in Pyaterochki.

Every year in the fall I buy 2-3 Abkhazian bay leaf brooms. So that when drying the leaves do not curl in the most bizarre way, you have to dry them like a botanical herbarium between the sheets of books. I bandage swollen books. I dry for 2 months. Leaf styling procedure
very boring and takes a whole evening.
I have a question: "How do you dry bay leaves from brooms so that they do not curl, but are even and straight?" Every time with this tedious botanical procedure, I suspect that there are already more rational and, most importantly, faster ways to dry these bay leaves. So, how do you dry a bay leaf?

Creamy, and where do you have so many bay leaves, I'm embarrassed to ask !?
Creamy
optimist, but everything goes away in a year. In soups, broths, jellied meat, in brine when salting bacon.

I am side by side in a mesh basin. It didn’t even come to mind to bring the whole thing to strict parallelism.
Then I stuff the dry one evenly into the bags and vacuum it, it itself more or less fits there.))

Bijou, Lena, I don't have a vacuum cleaner.

we don't have such a problem, it's just that fresh brooms were brought to me once, but it was already dry .. ((bye .. cut it off and put it in a jar.

Decent.
But most of all to me are Polish "Teflon sheet for grills and barbecues" in black
Kitchen little things (2)
They come in different thicknesses, I have 2 different ones - 8 and 12 microns, both are in great demand, I am very happy with both.
For baking trays of the same company - light, beige, but I don't have them, I can't say anything about them.

I spread it between the sheets of writing paper. Plain white paper. I put a small load on top. This is usually a cutting board. I dry one broom at a time, so drying is very fast. The paper absorbs all moisture, the board prevents the leaves from curling up. I don't use newspapers or books. Printing ink is not the most useful thing ... And when drying, some of it is easily absorbed into the sheets.

Once I bought a broom of lavrushki, since then I can't use ready-made dried ones ... They are kind of overdried, yellow, non-aromatic. In addition, full of holes are almost always ...
Creamy
Olga VB, Ol, Polish are good, I have one Finnish, this one is absolutely cool in quality. I have a bunch of these cut Teflon rugs for almost all baking sheets and forms. Very comfortably. By the way, one teflon rug is left only for ironing clothes, after it there are no usual weasels, whoever knows the topic will understand.

Mams, Olga, I understood so that you dry directly without removing the leaves from the branches? Eh. sorry, I've already stripped all the leaves from the branches. Thanks for the advice! Already next fall I will try to dry on branches, and, yes, it also bothers me that I put it on a typographic font.
June
Creamy, Alevtina, but for ironing the linen "boot on the iron" did not try - put on directly on the iron and attached to it and ... that's all.

Is it to understand that the rug is placed between the fabric and the iron? Otherwise I'm not quite in the subject
Creamy
Alim, you understand correctly! After all, they sell special Teflon nozzles for irons at a considerable price. And the rug is more comfortable, and even more comfortable is the whitish, almost transparent rug. Below it, all the seams and texture of the fabric are visible. The sole of the iron with such a rug will always be clean!

June, and I also have such a boot, as well as a professional board with heating, blowing, vacuum and a professional iron with a 5 bar steam generator. I am deep in this topic.

Hello everyone. About rugs.

I bought on Ozone, when they were not yet expensive, these are the following (I took links from the order history):

Marmitonovsky - 🔗
Yullaf - 🔗
Such a set of Bradeks - 🔗
And another circle for the Yullaf frying pan - 🔗

And then I bought many, many in Fix for 50 rubles. - 🔗

And that's what I have to say.
They, which are brown, + are the same, slightly thinner or thicker, but equally good - nothing burns. Freezing on them is a pleasure. For the first time, my dumplings froze so that I just pour them into a bag, like pebbles. On all sorts of pads, bags - stuck together. Berries, color cabbage, etc. - also freezes well.

If you come across in Fix - buy without hesitation, because they are expensive everywhere, and with Ali it can go well, or maybe all in the creases.

Bradex's kit had a black sheet. It is very dense and thick, you can put it on the grate, it will not fold in the cracks. For grilling on the grill will do. And the circle for the pan also turned out to be convenient, but you need to cut it to size. However, you cannot bake pancakes. Not liquid - excellent, almost oil-free. I did not throw out the old frying pan, it is already everything, but a convenient huge size 28cm. it became a pity. I came to life with the rug.

Cook, Olya! I have already written about the kind of fabric you are looking for several times. I will try to repeat it.
Fill in the search engine "Teflon varnished cloth". You will be given a bunch of answers. Maybe right in your city. Call these online stores, firms, they will even advise you.

You need food-grade varnished cloth such as F-4D, PTFE, the thickness is different, it is better to take 12-13 microns in a pizza oven, it seems, or a millimicron, they know this in stores for sure, but I like 18 microns (or mmk) in the oven, it is even thicker.

And for comparison, ordinary Teflon rugs, which are sold in all stores = 7 microns (mmk), so they tear so easily and cut even with a plastic knife.
For a pizza machine, 18-25 microns (mmk) are thick, well, it seems to me so, you can't tuck the edge in any way if the diameter of the circle is slightly larger than the diameter of the pizza machine itself.
If you buy such a fabric by the footage, then, naturally, it will be much cheaper than buying rugs. And in fixprice 50 rubles each, only tiny = 7 mmk
Only when you buy, it would be better to take someone to the company to divide this fabric into several people, otherwise you will get a lot alone (I mean that when ordering in another city, you will have to pay for delivery and take only for a certain amount, the minimum for an order in the online store).
And if you decide to buy separate rugs, then take the best rugs of the Azur form (Poland). Round, 35 cm in diameter (called, it seems, mats for frying in a pan, their thickness is 13 mmk), and rectangular ones are 40 by 60 cm and there are other sizes, the thickness is different, it is better to take 18 mmk, very convenient in the oven on a sheet (called grill and oven mats).

Girls, do you think the rug from the "Bradex" set is black, 0.2 mm thick, to which Miranda gave a link just above, can you use the new Princess with a stone in the pizza maker? It is positioned for the barbecue, but in the stove they promise the temperature of the stone 320C, will it melt?
In general, I ordered it. It will come in handy anyway.))

Ilmirushka, a year and a half ago I bought a noble laurel in Ashan, it was 15 centimeters, now such a beautiful bush (tree) has grown, more than half a meter. Indeed, unpretentious. Only I feel sorry for cutting it off, I buy a dried bay leaf.
gawala
And why lavrushka in bags is not good? Why did everyone rush to buy laurel brooms at the market?
Creamy
Ilmirushka, I bought a laurel in a pot, I wanted to grow a tree under the ceiling. But a great failure befell me! The laurel was infected with a scabbard. How I didn’t fight, but he re-inoculated everything for me, in the end I lost most of my plants, but I didn’t defeat this shield. Therefore, when buying, be sure to take a magnifying glass with you (I'm not kidding at all) and carefully examine the back of the sheet. scale in the form of the smallest barely noticeable translucent scales along the central vein of the leaf on the wrong side, as if the smallest fish scales had adhered, like from a hake. If infected with a scab, then do not take it categorically. Even if you are sure that you have taken a healthy specimen, quarantine it for 2 months.

Galina, laurel brooms smell so amazingly, you cannot compare with a bagged lavrushka !!
Last year they sold very beautiful brooms with large berries and seeds, planted 20 pieces in a pot - 5 of them sprouted, but the bush is very good. growing slowly ... and there is not absolutely no smell from it, if you do not pluck the leaves ...

Ladies! we were here the other day discussing big stirrers with Ali, Danish whisk after my name. Soooo beauty, I'll tell you! very cool and very inexpensive. Especially if the thick dough and minced meat are also great to mix them.
Creamy
Kira_Sun, Irina, no, the laurel market will not collapse. In our city, not even advanced housewives, who know nothing about the forum of the bread maker, have been buying these brooms for a long time in the fall. The owners of fruit and vegetable outlets in the markets bring these brooms in large quantities for years in autumn. Having tried a leaf after such a broom, you will definitely not buy it already packaged in a bag. Here you need three leaves from a bag on one of a broom, and then the aroma cannot be replaced. And in terms of money, this is generally a 5-7 times benefit. It's just very flavorful and really beneficial.
