Cream with honey

Ingredients

Cream from 30% fat 200 ml.
Greek yogurt 100 g
Honey 2 - 3 tbsp. l.
Gelatin 2 tsp
Water 50 ml.

Cooking method

  • We mix Greek yogurt, honey and gelatin. Instead of Greek yogurt, you can use regular natural or homemade. If it doesn't mix well, simply microwave it a little for 15 to 20 seconds. Everything will mix well.
