3 eggs
1.5 tbsp. l. Sahara
1/2 tsp salt
2 tablespoons milk of any fat content
1 tbsp cream, preferably 20% fat
2 tbsp flour - 310-320 g
2-3 st. l vegetable oil in the dough

Cooking method

  • Day one - Shrovetide meeting! My pancakes cook quickly, delicious, creamy!









  • Beat eggs with sugar and salt, add one glass of milk and sifted flour, stir until you get a smooth, lump-free dough! Then add another glass of milk and a glass of cream. Stir again very vigorously until smooth, using a mixer!
  • It is best to bake pancakes over medium heat and in a pan that heats up evenly and well.

: yes: I have the same recipe for crumbling, only I take all 3 glasses of milk. If I do it with meat, I add vegetable oil, and if I do it with sour cream or jam, that is, sweet, then I add melted butter. The pancakes are thin, very tasty. You will definitely try to cook.
