The dough turned out to be the most successful for us, soft and tasty, like bread. The husband ate 4 pieces at once. and asked for a supplement, I had to do another -2 pcs. for him

and what?
Svetlana201
Mirabel, Vick. The dough from this topic, now I'm looking for whose it is and I want to say a huge thank you to the author. For now, I'll write it so that those who wish can try it.

1 PC. - egg
50 gr. draining. butter (I melted)
150 gr. sour cream (I didn't have it, I took homemade kefir)
240 gr. flour
a little salt
Mix everything and refrigerate.
My dough turned out to be very sticky, I didn’t do anything about it and just with the help of 2 spoons put it into the tartlet maker. Approximate weight (I tried to hang sticky balls) -28 gr.
This dough turned out to be the most delicious for us. It keeps its shape perfectly and at the same time is very soft on the inside (not crunchy). The husband said that for sweets, even sugar should not be added to the dough, because the filling will be sweet and therefore the dough does not need sweetness.

All went to look for the author.
Mirabel
Svetlana201, super! This, in my opinion, VeSka has baked such things. Now I will buy such a tartlet for myself and I will not toil with a choice!
Svetlana201
Vika, I have Ves, a tart girl, small, but my clever little one.
Mirabel
Svetlana201, and something crispy to bake in it?
Ilmirushka
Vika, if you're talking about VESka, then no. It makes small tartlets with thick walls and the same plump bottom. Crispy and thin are baked from First.
Mirabel
Ilmira, damn it .. they are all really different, they are tart girls

So I dedicated half a topic to these lamentations that I needed another! Now, if you marry them and take the best from this and that ... then no.
Svetlana201
Vika, for my taste, turns out to be crispy, only I used another recipe (it can certainly not be like in other tartlets due to the fact that she bakes thicker). I think a lot depends on the test itself. I haven't found the perfect recipe for a crunchy option yet (in search yet). All the same, everyone has different tastes and sensations.

Cirre, Galina and mamusi Margarita, thank you girls for the link (Waffle-tartlets "Answer # 927 December 30, 2017, 00:13") and the execution of the recipe (Waffle-tartlets "Answer # 941 December 31, 2017, 14:37") delicious dough for tartlets

are they only for ice cream and sweet? for salads and other similar fillings will not work, will they soften? or does it depend on the test?

I think that any dough, both soft and crispy, can get wet from the salad. If for a salad, I would have missed the tartlets with egg white, let them dry, and then under the layout.

This question pops up regularly and periodically. If the salad is juicy / wet, put the salad stub on the bottom, and everything will be hockey.

Very tasty and crispy tartlets are made from shortcrust pastry.

Olga, looked at the recipe, remembered why she hadn't adopted it ... there is sugar in the dough ... but without sugar?
Sweet in the literal sense of the word makes me sick.
And I really want the crisp!

and without sugar in any way?

Here, without sugar, it is unlikely to crunch, if only dried.
Ilmirushka
Irish, thanks for reminding me about this video. But I want a little something wrong, not sandy. I bake tartlets in VESka and in First from store-bought puff pastry without yeast. I don't always make the filling sweet. So from First they turn out to be thin and crispy, but large. From the same Veska dough, they are completely different, more like semi-soft bread, but I want them to crunch ... I don't know how to explain
ABOUT! I want it, like thin waffles, when they are cold and break easily, but not sweet

Girls, I want to ask everything about Veska. Is it more suitable for sand baskets, as I understood from the responses?

It is on starch to make them .. But there is a lot of butter. Somewhere there is a recipe for such waffles on HP, for a conscientious waffle iron.

Ilmir, it looks like I have what you want. I already wrote that I dispose of the remains of the fish batter in Festa. Here's a recipe for batter, try it. Just make half a portion, or you will be tortured to the stove. Pour just cover the bottom. Not sweet, crunchy the next day. Like ice cream cups.
Half a kilo of fish:
Batter.
135 g flour, 135 g milk, 2 eggs, salt, pepper to taste.

Of these two, Veska and First, for me Yes, the size for a cake in Veska is optimal. At First, the tartlet is still big, but for ice cream or fruit salad, yes, but not for a cake.
Here I showed the size of the tartlets

I have a Caloric, a very large size. And I want sand baskets. Here I read the topic and lean towards Veska. It's just that many people write that the baskets are thick. And for the sandy, this is probably a plus.

win-tat, Tatyana, thanks for the link, I understood everything now.

Wikaaaa, 250 gr of sugar I don’t want sugar. I want not sweet ones, but so that they crunch and that with cheese, with mushrooms. I'm going to try to do the thread already 👣 👣 👣

And the cream is creamy, the recipe from school from the home economics lesson, it is of course greasy, but there is not enough of it in the basket, this amount of cream is enough for all the tartlets in the photo

Somewhere else in the subject, they showed baskets of Veska with prescription protein cream

it’s not the sugar or the recipe! and in the method of forming a thin wafer tartlet. First, Peki waffles and, like an aunt from YouTube, shape them and you will have tartlet baskets.

Today I had to dispose of a piece of boiled meat (neither this nor that remained ...)

I decided to make stuffed tartlets.

Baked tartlets in Veska. (Recipe: 1 egg, 150 g sour cream - whisked with a whisk, + 240 g flour and 0.5 teaspoons of salt. + 50 g softened butter. Stirred with a silicone scraper and at the end with a little hands. Wrapped in a bag - and in the refrigerator)
While the dough was cooling down, I made the filling. Grate the carrots on a medium grater, cut 2 sweet peppers into small cubes, boiled meat (because of which it all started ....) - also into small cubes. I sweated carrots and peppers in a frying pan on a spoonful of sunflower oil, added chopped clove of garlic. And at the end - meat.

The dough has just cooled down. Divided "by eye" - it turned out 24 pieces. Baked. Then I put the filling in the tartlet, on top - a slice of cheese and - in the micra for 2 minutes. I made 3 pieces for trial. It turned out very tasty! The rest - I will do for my men for dinner ...

nooo, why mold like on youtube! I don't need to mold! I will bake in First, so that the tartlet is ready at once and nothing needs to be molded. I will bring the results anyway!

Tell me please! Maybe it was discussed, but there is no time at all to read everything ... I need a waffle iron for thick waffles as a gift. Not huge, probably better for 2 pieces. There are quite a few different ones ... Which one is better to choose? Who has any? Help....
