Ingredients:

Frozen dumplings
Potatoes
Bulgarian pepper
Zucchini
Tomatoes
Cheese
Liquid mayonnaise

Cooking method

  • On one of the sites I found a recipe that we really liked at home.

  • In a deep glass saucepan, lay out all the ingredients in layers.

  • The lowest layer of dumplings. Then the potatoes, cut into slices. Then pepper strips. Then zucchini strips. Alternate layers of vegetables until the container is almost filled to the top. Make the topmost layer of tomatoes in circles. Pour all this with liquid mayonnaise. He doesn't have to reach the very bottom. Sprinkle all this on top with grated cheese.

  • Put in the microwave. I cook in two modes. First, at full power, I heat it to a boil (5-20 minutes, depending on the size of the container), and then at 70% power for another 20-40 minutes Choose the power so that it does not boil too actively, otherwise it will climb out of the saucepan. Delicious and fast. Especially in the vegetable season.

  • The pictures show pots before putting in the oven and after cooking.

I tried it, I liked it. Only next time I will pour a couple of centimeters of water on the bottom (the dumplings were rather dry) and at the second stage I will keep the power about 300 watts.

Mayonnaise also knocks down. In a book about the microwave I read that mayonnaise and ketchup cannot be put into the microwave ...

Maybe in different microwave ovens in different ways, because in one recipe (in my opinion, even in the instructions) it is written about marinating chicken, which must (that is, you can) spread with mayonnaise or ketchup and then bake.
