And the children drew attention to this ((I think, maybe it's worth trying a hybrid (apples + currants)? I want a juicy and tender charlotte.

Thanks for the good recipe and idea! I did everything according to the recipe, I used a silicone mold. I didn't sprinkle it with semolina, only greased it with oil.
