Girls, just a question for the tests. And once again the KM096 model appeared on the site. Which one to prefer - her or the KCC 9060S? I read the topic, for two months now I have been tormented by this question ... Maybe someone has any arguments?

what are the reasons
As the only one, like so far, testing both machines at the same time would probably lean in favor of 096 for beginners and 9060 for those who cannot make a protein custard.
At 096, the temperature is constantly on the display - it is very convenient, the hook for the dough there is excellent, the attachments are cheaper, I like the medium-speed socket.
I am now used to 9060 and, of course, I love it very much (I have Kesha), but I would have bought 096 first ... although with attachments, I think, everything will change over time. They'll be all hex soon (though ...)
If you are advanced in technique, take 9060! What are you going to cook? What are the priorities ??
Sheri
If it only concerns the dough hook for the KENWOOD kitchen machine: Article number KW711659, then you can buy it in ProfService from KENWOOD, it just appeared there and it seems to be not expensive 3340, not what I bought .. .. (

9060-For Those Who Can't Make Protein Custard
I can make a protein custard, but in the car it is easier and even better quality. What if you had to choose which car you would keep for yourself?
anna_k
So, on the grounds:

1. The 9060 uses a low speed socket, which will be relevant for a long time.
2. Shutdown on the case
3. Auto programs.
4. Heating up to 180 degrees (I really liked the wok).
5. Additional stirrer.

Well, I'm probably not an indicator, since I cook little and hardly bake. I wanted kesh for processing food and cooking more.
Well, it was critical not to change the fleet of nozzles.

In any case, at the same cost, I would take a new model
LydiaVera
anna_k, understandably! I don’t understand another thing (purely theoretical interest) - what, apart from the hook, is 096 better than 9060 (prices are not taken into account)?
Well, in a sense, the pros of 9060 are clearly laid out. And 096 - constantly visible T, hook and more reasonable prices for nozzles?
It turns out that the machine wins mainly because of the cost of the attachments? Although that also means a lot, if you count everything.
Miranda
LydiaVera, about 096 we can say the following.

- the hook is better
at the moment there are no detailed reviews of the best yet, but even the shape and more weight theoretically leaves the crown behind the hook from 096. My opinion (based only on visual comparison in someone else's work) - the new hook is also good, second place because of nuances.

- management is clearer
zvezda, not just wrote that it will be more convenient for beginners, because 9060 must be carefully studied and trained, not everyone will intuitively succeed the first time. But again, after studying, there will be no difference.

- a panel with a constant display of time or temperature (toggled with a button)
As far as we have found out here, a direct counting of time on a simple whipping (i.e., without temperature) in a new induction is impossible. Only the opposite.

- bowl without grooves
This field is for add. bowls for an ice cream maker. For both inductions, work with temperature only with induction bowls - for 096 and the old and new bowl, for 9060 - only new. But add. bowls at 9060 from other machines with 6.7 liters. possible only without covers. This is not a problem, just a matter of convenience - remove and put two lids somewhere, while add. you use the bowl. Well, there may be splashes. Or use the covers of previous cars - we will try it with Prank.

The open question for me is the stirrer. I like the stirrer in 096. I want to compare them.

Another open question is the food processor on the middle socket. The reviews were that it was too sausage on high, on average it was softer. I would also like to compare, the more it is not difficult, you only need a different gear-stick, because the bowl, knife and discs are the same for food processors.

The question of attachments is clear and understandable. All new low speed socket attachments only come with a new mount. Spiralizer, new juicer - on 096 only through an adapter. Mlzhet still what new product will be adjusted, will also be with a new mount. The rest of the low-speed attachments are available in both mounting options. Other sockets do not require an adapter.

That is, for me, the question of switching from 096 to 9060 rests on:
- accumulated nozzles for a low socket with an old mount (cube cutter and a mill), and although I have adapters, I would aim to buy a native mount
- I would not have calmed down until I bought in addition - a hook, covers (if suitable), a stirrer. I have a spare hook and one cover, that is, I personally also need a casing and a mixer
- I don't need 180 degrees, deep fat and so on - I don't eat that.
- half of the programs are about nothing - only meringue is ok, but I would prefer the dough on the hand, because there is no autolysis in the program, I personally will not leave the hook in the dough, etc.
- retraining to drive can cause irritation (I saw on MK how the Kenwoods themselves are annoyed by confusion, at 096 everything works out well without looking in the dark, but then the setting will be knocked down, then something else, the car has not yet entered their hands)

It seems to me that in 3+ years there will be another model, taking into account the criticism - confusion of management, a flipping lid, perhaps, they will remove the recesses. But nevertheless, at the same price, I would take a new one. Because it is difficult to relearn, but learning from scratch is not. But if the difference in price was good, then 096.
Sheri
Well, the prices for attachments for a new car are now equal to the prices for attachments for an old car, even I would say the KENWOOD FIGURE PASTE NOZZLE AT 910 costs, for example, 10,990 rubles, while as for a new 8,490 rubles, that is, there is a tendency for new attachments to become cheaper and rise in price of old. And also CUTTING NOZZLES and ROLLERS for pasta from a new one for a week all have become cheaper and now cost 6190r
Miranda
Sheri, the pricing for the nozzles is still something.
LydiaVera
Quote: Miranda
covers (if applicable)
I pestered the guys from one of the Kenwood sites, they say that the covers from the old to the new will not work. I don't mean the splash-proof covers, but the protective cover. But, again, these ruffled people are too often not too competent, unfortunately.

Quite by accident, in Kiev, they grabbed me both the lid and the hook. I didn’t plan to buy, but didn’t refuse because the price was approx. Let it be, either for a rainy day, or someday a new car

I would also really like a stirrer from 096, and a second whisk. But the stirrer is difficult to find, and the whisk has not yet hit the price of approx.

Kenwood Global has posted commercials about 9060 on YouTube. There are several of them.

balabolka
Good morning! Thank you all very much for the ratings To make it clearer - I want to replace the caches with a stationary mixer and a food processor (with a cube cutter), a citrus juicer and a mini chopper, a meat grinder and a dough sheeter (they take up too much space, but I'll probably leave the old freezer). And most likely I will cook what needs to be stirred, for example condensed milk or vegetables. I love the technique, but when using it I usually "roll" to manual settings. Ideally, I like to program my own. According to your feedback, it seems that the 9060 is "damp". But since the car is bought for a long time (preferably forever, according to her husband), he persuades me to take 9060, but somehow I feel closer to 096 .. So the whole thing was exhausted

This is an appeal to members of the forum who have both cars.: If, for example, they disappeared somewhere.) But you would be given money for exactly one, which one would you buy without reasoning, without hesitation?)
Miranda
balabolka, you need to understand that the low-speed socket is no longer developed with the old mount. And that nozzles for a low-speed one with the old one will be less and less on sale, from which they will become more expensive. Since the output is reduced, but the demand is still there, since the machines have been operating for decades.

If you stop at 096, then the purchase of attachments for this nest should not be postponed. The same action in Globus for nozzles, which even before March 20 - there is a low-speed socket of a nozzle with a new mount. Any other subsequent action will also be about something new.

Although we do not plan post-sales information support in the form of a club (we discussed a couple of pages earlier), if anything appears, it will be about a new car. Because this is the manufacturer's installation (however, any manufacturer always promotes the latest flagship).

Now there are more experienced users from 096, they will prompt and help. But within six months or a year, experience will be accumulated on the new car.

All this also needs to be considered when choosing. I personally like 096 more, but in the official information field there will be less and less about it.

And again I repeat that it is difficult to relearn. Getting used to 9060 after 096 can be tricky, so switching is not always worthwhile if 096 works great and satisfies. It only depends on the real need for 140-180 degrees and the personal desire for automatic programs. But learning from scratch is not so difficult, because you don't know how else and you immediately learn new things.
Liholetka
Good day. I doubt which car is better to choose. Cooking chef new, or chef titanium
Now for a titanium promotion, get 4 nozzles as a gift. I definitely need: a meat grinder and a nozzle for cutting cubes, a vegetable cutter, for me it is preferable to the nozzle of a combine, since you can substitute any bowls under it, which simplifies the process of preparing puff salads, for example.
At the same time, I like the induction and the appearance of the new model. The price of a new car with the attachments I need is 25-30 tr more. The price of the basic kit is almost identical, 49 thousand titanium versus 54 Cooking, everything else is the price of attachments. Is it worth overpaying? Or is induction so useful?
And another question to the cube cutter, can you somehow screw the disks from the vegetable cutter? Will they fit or do you need to buy 2 attachments? Can I buy a vegetable cutter for Cooking chef?
Thank you so much))

P.s. I read the forum from page 220, but I didn't find the answer to my questions, I didn't master it anymore)
Miranda
Liholetka, if you mean chef titanium XL, i.e. with a large bowl, then something like this.

You need to decide if you need induction.
Since nozzles can be purchased, but induction is not.

If necessary, then there is no choice. If not needed, then Titanium.
But to understand this very question is the most difficult thing.

In other respects, apart from induction, the machines are not much different, since they are the highest class in their category. They have the same planetary attachments (hook, whisk, K-shaped, flexi). Among the planetary induction, there is also a stirrer for cooking at a temperature in the kit, and the Titanium comes with a soufflake.

They also have a different power - 1700 for Titanium, and 1500 for induction. And the Titanium also has a bowl illumination. They have buttons in different places for raising their heads. But, in my opinion, these are all insignificant differences.

That is, the choice is to decide about the need / uselessness of induction.
We can talk about induction, but the choice is still yours.

Quote: Liholetka
And another question to the cube cutter, can you somehow screw the disks from the vegetable cutter? Will they fit or do you need to buy 2 attachments? Can I buy a vegetable cutter for Cooking chef?

Discs cannot be screwed to the cutter.
A vegetable cutter can of course be purchased for induction.
Liholetka
It’s just that I don’t understand such a necessary thing, or so, play around. I thought I would knead bechamel, but they say flour sticks. I have a slow cooker, so the question of making risotto and frying is not worth it. It seems like I want a top model, but I'm not sure what to overpay.
Thank you for your detailed answer.
One more question. I can’t understand which attachments are suitable for which car. They are not written for which machine they are, although some are duplicated.
I am considering a Titanium with a small bowl, large volumes are not needed and space in the kitchen is a pity.
Miranda
Liholetka, well, the need for induction is the question that is up to you to decide.
Induction is not only risotto or other cooking, for example, I do not cook anything from food in induction, but I actively use it. It may not be so necessary, but it makes cooking a lot easier. For example, I made choux pastry once a year, and then not every time, because I was lazy. And everything in the water bath too. The same meringue - Swiss or Italian - was never done on the stove with my hands, except for several times when it was really needed.

But the comparison of induction and titanium with a small bowl, in my opinion, is no longer so correct. The place in the kitchen for a car with a large and a small bowl is a controversial thing, since the difference in size is mainly a matter of height.

Quote: Miranda
If we talk about external parameters, then the cars mainly differ in height and weight.

Weight matters only if the machine is planned to be moved all the time. And if it is stationary, then it does not matter how much it weighs.

Height:
machines with a small bowl - 30cm.
machines with a large bowl - 35cm.
induction machines - 38cm.
new induction - 37cm.

Length:
machines with a small bowl - 39cm.
machines with a large bowl - 41cm.
induction machines - 41cm.
new induction - 40cm.

Width:
machines with a small bowl - 29.5 cm.
machines with a large bowl - 29.5 cm.
induction machines - 33.5 cm.
new induction - 34.5

That is, in fact, they occupy + - the same place on the tabletop, since no one puts other equipment back to back. But the height and low hinged kitchen drawers - here you need to take into account, yes. And the weight if the car is rearranged every time.

About the attachments.
We have a topic where there are many answers for nozzles and where you can ask questions Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments

And there is a partially assembled reference book, however, its original purpose is the codes of attachments and their parts. But maybe the goal is to expand, there just isn't enough time to finish and cover everything KM Kenwood. Directory.

Miranda writes well about the nozzles in the Directory (adjacent branch), there with the articles. In short: on a high-speed socket (food processor, chopper, shredder, etc.) - any. Planetary mixers will be included. The low-speed ones are different from the old ones, but I immediately had an adapter in the kit for the Titanium, I didn't even know that it could be otherwise - then there were very few new attachments sold, but I wanted to right away. This is a meat grinder, a press for berries and a cube cutter (mine). So I use it through the adapter. Fine.
Large and small seats take up almost the same, but for me 3 cm in length turned out to be critical, and it would be inconvenient in height. So, since June I have been using the Titanium 7300s and am terribly happy.

Katerok87, it all depends on who and for what uses some devices.

For example, I almost stopped cooking food in a multicooker, I use it only for yogurt, sour cream and cottage cheese. The cook will not do this. But I sold the Bosch combine, since my tasks were duplicated.

Incorrect question.

Yes. And as far as I understand, the installment plan is preferential and it is possible to pay off ahead of schedule not immediately, but before the date of the first payment.
That is, you order a car in installments. They bring it to you and you haven't given a ruble for it yet
And about 25 days later, you throw money to pay off the loan and ask to close the installment plan ahead of schedule and send documents to you by mail and a paper copy of the absence of debt.
Personally, it was so. I took the car a month ago and extinguished it ahead of schedule in 25 days, without paying a penny of interest

Will not be. Maximum can give a discount of 10% when paying in cash. But this is by agreement

Because this is another ZoZPP article. You can return the product without traces of use within 7 days, for example, despite the fact that it is technically difficult. And with a regular offline purchase, this will not work, from the point of view of the law

I ordered it yesterday, the manager pleased me, made a 10% discount, now I'm looking forward to it. Maybe a gift will arrive by March 8. There are 4 days off, there is time to check.

I paid with a card on the website, a regular Sberbank visa. Cards with increased cashback are specific in terms of conditions and are quite expensive to maintain. From the same savings bank, such a card is 490 rubles per month. This is for active residents of the capital, we do not have such an active turnover of purchases and the salary is not the same.

venera19Great, congratulations!
A 10% discount on such an amount is a noticeable amount.

Come then tell your impressions of the typewriter
And while waiting, you can read this topic and about the attachments.

We discuss any cashbacks (KB) in a separate topic. The first pages are no longer relevant because the situation is constantly changing. But there you can ask who uses what, what cashback and conditions, etc. There are cards without special conditions. If there is a pensioner in the family, then the situation is even more beautiful, because for them there are free cards with interesting KB.
