Guys! I have a question about the ice cream maker. Now I decided to unpack and try, because I read that some refrigerant leaks. And I discovered under the rim outside strange formations such as dried crystals. Is this a marriage? Or should it be?
Off, I can't attach a photo to the message, right? Only through third-party resources?
kseniya D
If it's just a little bit, it's not scary. It was so with me. She didn't change anything. I have been using it for over 2 years.

Here's the proof
You are advocating a separate topic on technical issues.

And one of my objections
Quote: Miranda
Thirdly, more often they will write here anyway than in a short topic, having purely psychologically decided that it is faster / more familiar here. Not always they ask about nozzles in a separate topic about nozzles.

I thought “working with attachments” meant how to use them, what to cook, recipes, etc. And technical questions in this topic ...

But as far as I remember (when I took it apart) there is an ordinary gear and this vibration during the transfer of rotation will not greatly affect.
For the gearbox itself, I agree - it won't. But the nozzle on the medium speed socket can break over time. There, after all, the body is rigidly attached and the shaft on the slot is put on quite tightly.
Quote: Vlad_Ru
If necessary I can remove the cover and take a photo.
Thank you, I've already seen how everything works there. Here induction has already dealt with the photo. And there is a diagram on the net.

Everybody thinks so
Rather, everyone thinks as he wants.

So you think that the topic of attachments for working with them and recipes. Someone thinks that this topic is for recipes or adapting them, and that only for baits. And someone thinks that the nozzles are external, and the whisk / hook is not a nozzle in this sense, according to them you have to ask how much protein to beat and how to knead the dough. Etc.

Therefore, a separate topic for each issue is not needed, since you cannot record someone else's thought. And most of the questions will be exactly in this topic, no matter how many separate ones.
Air
Neo, You just bought it, it is probably better to immediately change it to a non-defective one. The instructions say that if the cooling solution leaks out, stop operation.
Neo
Air, I just wanted to understand if this is a marriage or it should be so .. maybe the appearance of such traces is inevitable during the initial filling of the refrigerant?
kseniya D
Try to wash it, twist it up and down and dry it, if it is the same, then it is better to change it. I only had a little bit in one place.
michka1985
Neo, tell me, which nozzles have you chosen?
Neo
michka1985, I got a meat grinder, blender, cubes, shredder for high speed nest, small chopper and a pulp. Then I also bought a dough sheeter, a noodle cutter and an ice cream maker.

Unfortunately, I have nozzles for medium-speed, as far as I remember this is only a combine, but I think if this is almost all machines have, then at the factory it was considered normal. Here it is necessary to see when working with the nozzle, if there is a good vibration, then I think you can roll a claim and replace it with a new device

Only the harvester is put there, at least I have not seen other attachments.
Quote: Vlad_Ru
Here you need to look at the work with the nozzle
I tried to put a metal cone (which is fixed in the socket) without the food processor itself - there are extraneous sounds and vibration.
Miranda
Vlad_Ru, everyone only has a processor.
There are no other attachments for the middle socket.

And in new cars this nest is not. The processor is the same, the stock (fixing stick or whatever you call it) was made different. You can, by the way, buy it separately (though expensive) and the processor will be on a high-speed socket.
Sergey01
Quote: Miranda
the processor will be on the high-speed socket
Do you know if the new stem reduces the speed of rotation of the knives? Or is there a live transmission, like the old one? After all, if the speed does not decrease, this is VERY bad.
Miranda
Sergey01, no idea
But structure + is the same, only the stick is different.

Quote: Miranda
The top is a new pin and the bottom is on the medium speed socket.
Here they differ in the nest, even the new circle is taller.

Sergey01
The photo shows that its base is almost 2 times higher. Perhaps a gearbox is hidden there. But still, rejection of the medium-speed socket has only disadvantages.
1) A medium-speed socket has a speed 7-10 times lower than a high-speed one (if you estimate the diameters of the pulleys on which the belt is put on).
2) Consequently, the medium speed socket has more torque at low rpm (i.e. not particularly susceptible to load at low rpm)
3) Through the shaft on which the medium-speed socket is located, the gearbox drive (planetary part and low-speed socket) is still organized. That is, almost nothing will change inside the car (it seems to me).
4) if suddenly the gearbox is inside this new "stick", then this is a significant weakening of the structure. And if the gearbox is not there (judging by its size it is problematic to put it there), then the increased load on the engine at low speeds and just the frantic speed of the knives.
Vlad_Ru
Quote: Sergey01
And if the gearbox is not there (judging by its size it is problematic to put it there),
Everything is so, the gearbox does not seem to be there, or if there is a slight decrease in speed.
Pay attention to the design of the KW 15664, the center channel is slightly offset.
Miranda
I have nothing to comment on.
However, I don’t think they made the performance worse.

Here is about a processor with a new stick.
Rubs cheese and chops onions, the link is already right at this moment

And in the same place, at 22 minutes 22 seconds, tomatoes in their own juice, spinning at sooo high speed.

I watched the video. I don’t think so either. The speed remained about the same. The gearbox is most likely there.

: flowers: Good time, Keshavody! And tell me, pliz, on the promotional Kesha in the m-video which, all the nozzles will rise from 086? I’m still thinking. I would like to take a typewriter to the dacha .... But I have all the attachments. In addition to a meat grinder, nothing is needed for a constant. I'll bring the rest in the season .... I want to and pricks, damn it (((where to put so many bells and whistles?
Sergey01
Unfortunately, not all. Anything that is used with a bowl will not work (in size, since the bowls are different). Anything in the low-speed socket (where the meat grinder clings) will fit through the adapter. A food processor will work if you purchase a drive for a high-speed socket (KW 15664). Anything you put on the high-speed jack (blender, for example) will do.

Thank you!
about the bowl, it's clear ... I somehow don't consider it a nozzle. I have a freezer separately ...
And the rub will rise to the same norms?
but a low-speed nest-sadness ((((That is, the cube will not fit into it already from 086 to this one? and adapters exist in nature?
and the food processor dearly love ...
hmm. problem

Zhanik, in theory, the adapter is included in the kit.

Yes? It would be nice. On the site M-Video Nozzles in medium speed almost all AT ...
Got to get to them
Miranda
Zhanik, maybe some of the girls need something, and you can agree before buying so that you take what you need, and someone would buy from you at a discount.

Although, of course, when such stocks, then the market b. at. full of not used attachments.

Well girls, you can congratulate me! I became the owner and full-fledged owner of the Kenwood KVL 8320 S Chef XL Titanium and the food processor is finally at home yesterday. I spent a lot of nerves and energy on transporting it to Donetsk. But that's another story !!! Only today I could finally breathe out calmly) Hurray !!!!!
LisaNeAlisa
Yulia, Congratulations!!!! Let it serve for a long time and please !!!!

Most probably not. No wonder they differ for large and small bowls.
Quote: Zhanik
Do adapters exist in nature?
There are 2 types of adapters - for old cars for new nozzles (Kenwood KAT001ME) and for new cars for old nozzles (Kenwood KAT002ME).
In your case, you need KAT002ME. It, unlike KAT001ME, can be bought without any problems.
Zhanik
Hurrah! I got hung up again!
how big he is))))
Thanks everyone! An adapter for a low-speed socket is included with the machine)))
My husband saw and said take it)))
I still had an ownerless certificate in M-Video just

Thank you all for the consultation!

Zhanik,

I have an auger juicer for exchange or sale, a high-speed and low-speed grater, a wiper
I leave the meat grinder to myself for sure
I can also sell or change the cube

ready to exchange. I really want a food processor. But you need an adapter like ((
And so, if anyone needs anything, write in a personal

baby doll, Congratulations! Share your impressions of the new machine Zhanik, and you with a new thing! Tiny, yeah, when I used 6.7 liters, you understand that this is not much at all

while I was stuck in a nearby store, my husband went and looked. And he says, they say, he is a toy! Why do children need a toy for that kind of money? he did not enter the essence of the action first ...
and when I understood, I said, wrap it up

when we unloaded the boxes at the front door, the neighbors thought we were moving

try to walk through the Temks of budget dough mixers such as Klatronic and Boman.
Not everyone can afford Kesha. They don't look here. They don't know about the action. But for such a price, perhaps they will take

And I wonder, especially if with a glass bowl. Alas, it is unrealistic to buy it for a stock.

18 thousand
we seem to have glass now, when I bought 2 weeks ago, it was not there either ...
Neo
All the same, the bowl of the ice cream maker that was defective from me was. I pulled everything out of the freezer with streaks ..
By the way, it seemed to me when I was unpacking the box that it was not the first time it was opened, and perhaps this cup had already been returned to me (as I am my ill-fated adapter). I'm going to change ..

Girls, tell me how you make mashed potatoes. Nozzle and speed? I put the potatoes in a bowl, twirled them with a K-shaped nozzle, then added the warmed butter-milk, and still interfered. And the potatoes turned out with uncrumpled pieces ...
Maybe it took longer? Or try a whisk? It seems that according to the reviews, people get lush mashed potatoes ...
Neo
I did it at the minimum speed as you described, adding a little milk along the way. If you twist one potato, then probably pieces will remain, and if all the milk is thrown at once, then probably too. I made a very good puree, but I got a couple of pieces. I really was in a hurry, I was not up to the ideal :))
I think if you twist the empty one longer, then everything will be fine.
but compared to how I used to rub the earth and heaven with a crush through a sieve :))))
vis
I have a good mashed potatoes with a phillips blender nozzle. But I don't want my hand up and down, back and forth anymore
I want Kesha to do everything for me
Miranda
Quote: vis
how do you make mashed potatoes

K-shaped.
I add everything at once - potatoes, butter, my own yogurt, a little bit of liquid in which I was boiling. First, at low speed, so that the potatoes break, and then at 4-4.5 speeds for three minutes.

The first times I did it at a lower speed and a little time, there were minor lumps. But at high speed and a couple of minutes - well, maybe 1-2 microscopic lumps and then look. Gorgeous mashed potatoes, with hands and a blender attachment, this did not work.

In the video of the Kenwoods, I saw that first they rub potatoes on a sieve, then beat them up. But for me - it's overkill.

There is a new video on YouTube about a new induction from the same Frenchwoman. She's making fries there.

Well, here's something in my feelings Kenwood is not for cooking.
I wouldn’t pour oil over half the bowl and fry the potatoes.

How do you like this positioning of KM?
Would you like to fry potatoes?

The splash cover is different.

By the way, out of curiosity, I also asked the Kenwoods if there would be, when, and the price.

They did not say about the price, but about the time - soon.
We will be called - Cooking Chef Gourmet KCC9060
In France KCC9063.

Either something with a bundle, or just a local name.
In France, 096 in the same configuration is called 099.

+1000!
I am for cooking long-lasting dishes from him that require stirring or a short but extremely convenient heating when cooking certain types of creams, dough, etc.
However, a very limiting factor, of course, is the price ...
Someone is probably not an obstacle. But, damn it, for a mere mortal, not the most budgetary thing (((
The steamer nozzle was immediately sent to the far shelf

in my opinion it is vandalism
but I don’t understand pasta in a slow cooker if there is a stove, and even mashed potatoes for 3-4 people with a crush is not a problem.
but in the event that there is only cache in the kitchen, and now there is nothing to buy a stove for, and fries are like death, and then there is still a lot to drain after use, because tomorrow I will cook semolina porridge in it for breakfast, but how to use a wok for cooking lunch / dinner, since the stoves are not yet anticipated, then, of course, use it in full

Quote: Zhanik

The steamer nozzle was immediately sent to the far shelf
similarly, and is already forgotten there practically

Miranda
Zhanik, I'm not talking about the price now, it will be cosmic.
This is a choice in France - such an induction for 1100 euros or a new one for 1300 - can be a choice.

I'm talking about changing the vector of a planetary mixer and dough mixer to a cooking device. It's one thing to get rid of a water bath for cream, from a stove for choux pastry, not to shift it to proofing. Even risotto is good too, because you get rid of constant stirring. But fry potatoes - why?

and I just not by chance wrote about the price. With a price tag of 1100 euros (yes at the old rate), this is a great option for students and other options with very little space for living and cooking.
But with our price and course, this car becomes a practically luxury item, which you take care of, take care of and cherish. That is, changing this very vector is quite logical for Europe and not very acceptable for us, alas
