I don't know about induction, I have a sense, it has :)

As for the ice cream maker, it seems to me that it depends on the assembly of this bowl. That is, if it is assembled initially correctly and nothing flows, then it should not flow without mechanical damage .. maybe just some defective batch is caught ..
I was also surprised by the reaction of the m video. It seemed to me that they put these defective boxes back on sale .. moreover, I am almost sure that my original ice cream maker was just a returnable one, since the box was clearly opened before me ...
Everything is strange and undignified ..

The warranty card, which is in front of my eyes, says, as the girls have already written above:
".. during the warranty period of 24 months, or as indicated in the table on the back." And in the table on the back of the Kenwood kitchen machines guarantee period 60 months, and for everything, not just induction. I'm going to get the seal put. On the check I have nothing at all.

Thanks for the information. They are different in quality, white is softer, more plastic and you can feel it with your fingers. I had such an idea, and intuitively I did not use it where there is warmth.

Sergey01, we discussed this topic, it seems that the guarantors are also different. For the trial, you need a guarantor or office. the answer is, kalyaks-malyaks from an unidentified sample document will not work, well, more precisely, I will have to fool around, look for a base, write a lot))))))) I have my own interest here, I wrote already ideally, a warranty card with a clearly stated period or additional. certificate or office. manufacturer's response.

Bast1nda, why is it better to go to the store and not to the SC?
I'll tell you. If the issue is resolved in court, the SC is not always a defendant, at best a witness or a co-defendant. The defendant will be either the seller or the manufacturer, and you will have to repeat all the pre-trial work again, which is mandatory for these categories of cases. The deadlines begin to flow from the new date and your fuss with the SC is in vain. It's easier with the seller, they brought them in, set out their requirements in writing, took the signature on the copies and everything else behind them. Well, she explained it primitively, believe me, it's better and easier for the buyer.
Here the point is in the contract between the service-manufacturer-seller. It will also have to be studied, why not a lawyer? I kind of described my situation with the Zelmer / Bosch company and Technosila on the forum.
In short. I bought a cartoon for 1999 of which I paid 1000 with bonuses in 2014. I broke it in 2016, at the rate it became 8000 and higher, the ruble sank, and supplies of the multi and parts to Russia were stopped. I, with a foolishness (with madam and this happens)))))) took her to the SC, I liked the cartoon, and without her as without hands! Well, who am I telling))))) porridge in the morning is my everything. Hoped to be quickly repaired and excellent. I planned to hand over the NP. But, they gave me a refusal and my pre-trial started again with technosila and the Bosch company (they managed to buy a zelmer). They tell me in response that you are entitled to. 999 rubles, well, I didn't agree))))
Why this hassle, the study of contracts between all of them to a person who is not connected with the laws. He will get confused, they will put noodles on his ears, it is easier to bring him and do what you want, return the money or goods to me, and whatever you want within the framework of the law, and there are also decent fines.
Bottom line: With the money I received, I bought three multicooker)))) - small Philips, Panas and Orson pressure cooker. but I fought well with this gang)))))

vis, yes, coupons are different. I have a ticket and a plate on another sheet, that is, there is not even a link to it in the ticket. The coupon clearly states two years, except for the Ekamov coffee machines. You have a coupon in A4 format and on the back is a plate with decoding by model. Thank you!

I have kenwood without induction, the shoulder blade is white. I wanted to pry on her cottage cheese casserole from the multicooker, she had already stood after turning off, but the walls of the multi were still hot. So the scapula began to melt right before our eyes, I did not expect it, I thought, it was silicone. So these paddles are only for scraping off the walls, not at all for hot.
Miranda
vis, clear, interesting movie.

With a gray spatula I scrubbed hot in an induction kenwood over a hot bowl, everything was ok.

I thought that white or gray was just a different color, and what they wrote for different temperatures was because of importance. And this is really a different plastic.

Gray is called AW20010012
White - AW20010011

A set of two AW20010013

About what they saw for different temperatures in Ukrainian. service center site for various equipment, there are many parts for Kenwood.

There it is written in white, they say, for low temperatures it is, if it is necessary for high temperatures, then follow this link. And the gray is the opposite, respectively.

I will report on the appeal to SC Kenwood, suddenly anyone is interested)
They repaired my car under warranty, replaced the gearbox, finished it in 2 weeks. The SC entered the date of sale, production and model number into the warranty card itself. I had an empty coupon, only the seller's stamp, and an old coupon with a warranty period of 12 months. There was no cash register receipt. Attached to the warranty card was a printout of the certificate for the "iron 5 years warranty".

and
Chef Sense KVC5000T with six attachments for 36,000 rubles.
anna_k
milenamilena, if finances permit, take both options, complete with promotional attachments, and sell naked sensation
milenamilena
Are the attachments from one to the other suitable? Or would you need an adapter?

Added Sunday, Feb 26, 2017 12:15 PM

And if finances DO NOT allow, then whom to choose in this case?
anna_k
milenamilena, the fact of the matter is that nozzles for action sense go by default to Chef and Major. And for Sense through an adapter.
That is, this is a great chance to get hold of baits at a good price.

I have a sens, bought from a previous promotion, I changed all the attachments for a new socket, except for the cube cutter (the adapter is permanently screwed on there).
I have enough for a family of three, I cook a little, and besides, this is not the only device on the farm.
I really wanted induction, but after weighing all the pros and cons did not change. In any case, in the medium term.
milenamilena
So the Chef Sense KVC5000T tips won't directly fit induction? Will only fit through an adapter?
anna_k
milenamilenaon the contrary. they will fit the sensor through the included adapter.
But to induction without an adapter.
Alena_Sergeeva
Good day everyone!
I just registered on the site, although I read the whole topic on Kenwood .. many different reviews, but still I want to ask for advice.
I plan to buy Kenwood with induction at the end of April .. I already have a good stationary blender, which I use regularly (smoothies, cocktails made from vegetables and fruits, including those with sprouted wheat), the difference between 096 and 094 is about 10 tr, but 96 there is a food processor (which costs about 11 trillion and is needed) and a blender that is not needed like .. I would not like to bother selling an unnecessary blender either ..
And yet, at 096 there is a food processor for a medium-speed socket, and on sale already for a high-speed one, do they differ in something other than fastening?
I would be very grateful for your answers and opinions)
Miranda
Alena_Sergeeva, welcome!

The food processors themselves are no different - bowl, knife, discs - everything is the same. The only difference is the axis, which is attached to the socket, and the bowl is put on it.

Both options work on induction Kenwood.
New configurations (in the sense when the box was laid at the plant at the end of 2016) can come with a new axle, but I have seen such reviews more often in the foreign internet, so I doubt that we have a new axle for 096.

However, induction Kenwood will serve you for a long time, it has a warranty of only 5 years. Therefore, you won't need attachments with new attachments for a long time. And there is no difference which axis will be there.

You may also like the blender, there is a cool stirring stick. But, on the other hand, if you are accustomed to the existing one, then the habit is a big deal.

I would still take 096 and sell a blender.
Many do, though, so don't sell quickly. Or fast, but not expensive.

Well, or 094 and buy a food processor on CU ( 🔗), it will now cost about 7 thousand with delivery (at today's rate, and if you are going to get ready for a couple of months, then how will the rate be). What would be the same as taking 096 and selling a blender for 3 thousand. However, you can take some more attachments there, then the delivery will pay off even better.

***
Alternatively, if you do not need a knife in a food processor, but you need graters-shredders, then take 094 and a high-speed grater AT340, in Mvideo it is now 5990, but many now take it under the action machine + nozzles, and sell new ones cheaper. We have a look at the flea market, the section - Flea market: accessories for kitchen electrical appliances.

Good luck!
I hope you will succeed in April, prices will not change, the exchange rate will not rise.

Miranda, Tell me, please, the Kenwood KAX 941 PL mill attachment is suitable for the CHEF Prime 570 08 machine. It is in the Media Market, but you can't get an intelligible answer from them, but buy and hand over, well, I really don't want to.
And the second question for the happy owners of rubberized flexi nozzles - Which one is better with the letter K or the second? It is possible to order from Germany and I would like to understand which is more convenient to work with.
Miranda
al2, the attachments on the low-speed socket are divided so
KAH is where the hexagon is, AT is where the pin is flat.
I don’t remember what kind of socket there, like a pin.

The hexagon is exactly at the Senses, Kmiks, Titaniums, new induction (they promised to start selling in the spring).
We discussed the old-style flexi in the topic about the nozzles (and it is better to continue there, since there is a separate topic for the nozzles).

Here, click on quotes, and there are discussions.

vis
On 57008 there are AT, KAX nozzles on the sensor. On the site mediamarkt it says:
Suitable for models
Chef Sense, kMix

57008 and Sense are the ones that differ in the low-speed socket.

All types of adapters are available, so any attachment can be used on any machine.

For example, a cube / meat grinder / mill / dough sheeter with the old fastening through the appropriate adapter in Sens / Kmiks / t. etc.

Thank you for your prompt answers.
My blender also has an excellent scraper stick) and a pusher. With limiters. And grinds frozen strawberries in a cocktail, tomatoes for juice or sauce into a homogeneous mass in a minute :)) really makes noise like an airplane, especially when the flour was made from buckwheat.
If I understood correctly, then the Kenwood one differs only in that the knife can be removed .. and it will probably not be easy to sell mine. Although there is certainly not much space in the kitchen.
Now I will study the question of ordering a kitchen machine and nozzles using the link that Miranda gave.

Initially I came to the store for a planetary mixer .. the consultant began to convince me that it is better to take a kitchen machine, not much more expensive (he wooed me a titanium chef 83100, if I’m not mistaken), but I decided to think about it .. came across your forum and hung, read everything, made a decision that it is necessary to order induction, and not take a titanium from us in the store, especially since it costs the same as 096 chef. I hope for my birthday I will master this purchase)
Miranda

Now I will study the question of ordering a kitchen machine using the link that Miranda gave.

I gave a link to a nozzle in a German store that sends to the Russian Federation, deducts VAT, where many nozzles (and not only) buy themselves.

And the decision is correct.
If the price of Titanium and induction are the same, then induction is unambiguous.

The new one will be more rounded in design, there will be more lighting. But having heating, that is, functional differences, is better than external prettiness.

Hope you already watched the video, there is a lot of heated stuff doing.

Perhaps I am writing in the wrong place (yes, the moderators will forgive me), but having looked through all the topics on Kesha I did not find even a hint of a question that worries me. Maybe someone can tell me what is wrong with my Kesha. My husband bought the long-awaited Kenwood km287. Handsome man no words (I'm talking about the car)). Everything seems to be good, but it turns on every other time. The store said that I was closing something somewhere wrong, so it does not turn on. For two days I play with him, it works, I lift the block to change the nozzle in the cup, I lower it like everything is closed and the bam does not work I think I’m armless or my car is defective, but I don’t want to part with it.
Miranda
Eva30, Hello.

It usually closes with a slight click.
