Acquired KM Kenwood KCC4060S I can not figure out the heating. Making meringue needs heating up to 50 degrees of protein-sugar mixture, set and turn on whipping at 3 speed. But I don't understand at what point the temperature reaches 50 degrees to turn it off? When the indicator starts flashing, the temperature is in the range from 40 to 60 and here's how to understand that the temperature is not 45 for example and not 57 already

What kind of animal is this?

Elena Biscuit, if you still have 9060, then the current temperature is shown by pressing the left button once.

Elena Biscuit, if I need a temperature of 50 degrees, then I set it. When the machine writes "heating" on the display, it means it has not yet reached this temperature, if it writes "in operation", then the set temperature has been reached

Why don't you do it automatically? After all, it does very well both Swiss and Italian on the machine! And you don't need to think .. if you have questions about the temperature, write in more detail ..

What does automatic mean? I looked in the instructions, but unfortunately I didn't figure out how to do it
