Fifanya
I was going to make juice from grapes for the first time. That is, just wash the bunches and not picking them off the branches into the juicer, did I understand correctly? Or still separate the berries?

Fifanyahow it should be - I do not know. Itself tore off the branches, but not fanatically. She left small tails.
And yet - I rubbed the remaining cake through a sieve (or rather Kenwood for me) and added it to the bread!

Fifanya, you need to look at the size of the grapes. I have a blue wine fine, if I pick it off, I will spend a lot of time. Therefore, I put mine in the bowl, as it settles (after 30-60 minutes), then I add more, about a third of the total quantity is still included. And I make juice. Then I don't throw it away right away, but leave it to cool overnight. As a rule, up to 0.5-1 liters of juice runs over.
And if the grapes are very large, then it is easy to break off from the brush, respectively, more can be laid immediately.

Elya_lugOur small local, it sour strongly, so only with sugar will have to. The first time I will do it, I specially bought a stainless steel juicer for 8 liters. There are no particular fruits, but grapes make us happy.

Fifanya, then throw it completely with twigs, collect the juice in a saucepan, add sugar, boil and pour into jars. I also do this when the juice is not sweet enough, and with apricots too. The option with twisting the cans immediately after collecting the juice did not work for me, the lids were blown up. Therefore, I always boil before filling.

Elya_lug, Oh right, thanks a lot.
