Diet curd blancmange

Ingredients

low fat milk 125 ml
fat-free kefir 125 ml
soft cottage cheese (fat-free) 250 grams
gelatin 15 grams
any sugar substitute taste
vnilin 1 sachet
fresh fruits and berries any to taste

Cooking method

  • Soak gelatin in milk, leave to swell.
  • Punch kefir, cottage cheese, sahzam and vanillin with a blender until smooth.
  • Wash the fruits, dry, cut into small pieces. Just wash and dry the berries.
  • Molds, preferably silicone, moisten with water. Put fruits-berries at the bottom.
  • Dissolve the gelatin. Pour into the curd mass, mix everything quickly and arrange in shapes. If you hesitate and the mass grabs, put it in the microwave on medium power for 10 seconds. Then stir well again.
  • Put the molds in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Then remove it carefully. You can serve.
