Tell me, maybe you need something to thicken the liquid pastille?
, Pectin.
Sails
Banana. The pastille turns out to be plastic, does not dry out.

Thank you, Galina. Elena. Pectin can be tried, but I think it won't work at low temperatures. But bananas - I think they will help. Now I'm still making apricot, I added bananas and crushed strawberries.

How interesting about pectin and banana! But I don’t make marshmallows, they don’t eat mine. And if you try to spread not to the outer edge, but only 2/3 closer to the inner?
I then use it to dry tea and vegetables. Here everything is super! Nothing spills or wakes up

You can, conveniently. But if the puree is very thick, for example, from baked apples. And strawberry is very liquid, it flows on its own - wherever it wants.
And I really like the dryer. I'm looking for where to get raw materials for tea nearby. I decided to try, I love herbs.

And here, on the forum, we do not make "herbs", but real fermented tea, no worse than tea made from camellia, in the common people "tea". The same process according to the same laws and rules, but not from the camellia, which we do not grow, but from the leaves that we grow. Our tea is not worse, and much better than camellia tea - tastier, more fragrant and healthier.

This Saturday, I sawed off the branches of pine and cypress that hung over the wires. And I felt sorry for so many needles to throw away. I decided to scroll it for tea, broths, jellies and jams. Now, if it were not for this dryer with its continuous trays, I don't even know how I would dry it.

Good day ! Girls please tell me meat in this dryer, did anyone dry the fish? Do the trays absorb the smell?
I would like a dryer in which you can dry the fish and fruits, herbs.?
SvetaI
Galina, I dry meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, trays absolutely do not absorb the smell. The only thing is that the trays are slightly stained from the tomato, but I'm not worried about this at all, especially since over time everything has almost been laundered

SvetaI, Svetlana thank you very much for your feedback! I have already ordered this dryer, in two weeks they should bring it, I'm waiting
Hope to be friends

Everything is correct! The dryer is unique precisely because of its continuous trays, into which the smell is not absorbed at all. Sometimes, mushrooms dried from below, apples from above. And the smell doesn't mix at all.
