Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Any chicken meat to taste - legs, breasts. Whoever loves. I took half a 1,200 chicken.
  • boil chicken with onion and carrot in salted water. When the broth is almost ready, pour the rice, a little later the pasta, as they are boiled less. When you see that the rice and pasta are ready, turn off the soup and remove the lid so that the temperature of the soup decreases. Meanwhile, break the eggs into a separate bowl, squeeze out the juice of one lemon, beat thoroughly. Then pour the egg mixture into our soup in a thin stream and mix. Our soup turns white, becomes almost milky.
  • The final touch is herbs, I love parsley.
  • The soup is ready.

My comments:
This soup was taught to me by a friend who has been living in Greece for 10 years.
It is very light, as without frying and potatoes. Pleasant sour taste. Preparing quickly. I love. I love it when there are more chickens in it.

natamylove, a very interesting recipe. Just why bother so much and cook everything in turn. After all, you can throw everything into the multicooker at once, turn on the Stew mode for an hour and a half and at the end pour the egg-lemon mixture. I think that the taste will only be more exquisite.

Cooked soup on baked goods, time -50 minutes.

I poured water and laid the meat (broilers), carrots and onions, 20 minutes before the end of cooking, added rice.

Then she turned off the MV, opened the lid and, while the heat subsided, beat an egg with lemon.

Then she poured the mixture into the broth, mixed, added greens.

That's all.

Now I cook without macaroons, just with rice.

Finally, I made this soup (I have been going for a long time). I tried it right away. Delicious! Light lemon scent and sourness add a new hue to the chicken broth. I like such soups to have more broth and flavor. I cooked on the stove.
