While I was fiddling with bechamel, my combine, into which I had already weighed everything for the dough, I kneaded this dough.
Bechamel on the street to cool a little, the dough in a bowl to rest a bit, well, here if I smoked, I could have a smoke, and I just sipped a tea. Then the meat came up.
