Apple pie with coconut flakes

Ingredients

Butter (or margarine) 200 BC
Sugar 200 BC
Eggs 3-4 pcs.
Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 175 g
Coconut flakes 75 g
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Sweet and sour apples 800 BC
Fat for brushing the form
Bread crumbs or semolina for sprinkling the mold
Powdered sugar for sprinkling products option

Cooking method

  • 1. Grind butter (margarine) with sugar and eggs until sugar dissolves. Add half of lemon juice (1-2 tablespoons)
  • 2. Sift flour with baking powder, add 50 g of coconut. Stir everything.
  • 3. Grease a 26 cm springform mold with oil, sprinkle with breading or semolina.
  • 4. Peel 1 apple, core it, grate the pulp, drizzle with the remaining lemon juice and add to the dough.
  • 5. Put the dough into a mold.
  • 6. Peel the apples, cut in half, core and cut several times on the convex side.
  • Put apples not dough with the convex side up and bake the pie in an oven preheated to 200 C for about 45 minutes.
  • 7. Shortly before the end of baking, sprinkle the remaining (25 g) coconut on top of the cake (so that it is browned but not burnt).
