Rice milk porridge with pumpkin in a rice cooker

Structure:
- round rice - 2 tbsp. dimensional;
- pumpkin - 150 g (conventionally, who loves how much and how much is available);
- raisins - 2 tbsp. l.
- water - 2 tbsp.;
- milk 3-4 tbsp. (also for an amateur, who loves what density)
- sugar / salt / vanillin / butter - to taste.

So, take the pumpkin. I had it frozen, cut into cubes. If fresh we cut into 2x2 cm cubes, approximately. We throw in a saucepan. Add a little water to the fresh pumpkin. We turn on the SOOK mode. After 5 minutes, the process is already active. 10-15 minutes on JOOK mode is enough for the pumpkin to become soft. If the water goes away, you can add a little more. When the pumpkin has softened, I wrinkle it, right in the saucepan, with a crush for mashed potatoes, since I have it plastic. It turns out this is such a softness.

Add rice and raisins. Immediately pour in 2 tbsp. water. We close the lid. The SOOK mode continues to work, no one turned it off. Here you can go away or do something for 10 minutes for sure. After 10-12 minutes, the JUICE will switch to HEATING and then pour warm milk. Or it is possible a little earlier without waiting for the switch.

Immediately sugar, salt, add vanilla extract / sugar / vanillin, whoever has that ...
Then you can turn it on again on the JUICE, so that the milk goes in bubbles, or you can also turn it on STEWING like in the COMFORT rice cookers. If we turn on the SOOK mode, we need to follow the process a little. And immediately after the first blast, switch to HEATING. But, if the milk is poured in hot, then you can immediately switch to HEATING and forget for half an hour.
I turn on the EXTINGUISHING and forget for about 20 minutes.
Then I add butter and I can add a little milk (mine do not like steep viscous porridge) for another 5 minutes on the heating. All the porridge is ready!

Bon Appetit!

My comments... This time I had arborio rice, but it is cooked slightly differently, that is, it requires constant stirring and topping up of liquid, so I did not leave for a long time, and as I absorbed the liquid I added more and more until I achieved normal result.
