I have two bread machines, Orion and Moulinex 5004. In Orion, the program is 1 hour 30 minutes with deboning, in Mula 1 hour 25 minutes without deboning. In Orion, the Dough program I withstand completely + Baking for 50 minutes, but in Mula, due to the fact that there is no deboning, the bread rises very much and so that it does not fall off during baking, I restrain it a little, just without waiting for the end of the program I put the dough in 20 minutes. Bake for 40 minutes. Of course, it's not very convenient that you constantly need to monitor the test. Today I read that the girls used mode 6 Gluten-free, "I'll try, maybe it will be fine too.

I baked this wonderful bread again. I took mustard oil - the bread turned out to be even more airy, in the middle - it crumbles and a specific smell from mustard oil appeared, for an amateur, so to speak
I turned on the program in a hurry (which should not be done !!!), as a result, when baking began and it smelled burnt, I saw: the size is XL, the crust is medium ... I decided that the bread would burn, 17 minutes before the end of baking I opened the lid - and the top the bread is still white, you can't turn it off! Well, I decided, come what may ... and left everything as it is.
The result is beautiful, baked and not burnt at all (which I feared) BREAD !!!

Semolina is made from durum wheat. Therefore, the taste is slightly different. I think that it also absorbs moisture, and too much. Now I pour water approximately, sometimes 10-20 grams for Lebanon. (and sometimes more) and nothing, everything is baked perfectly.
