Note

The recipe I spied on the Povarenok website. py para_gn0m0v. Thank her very much. I have had a recipe for 1.5 years. All hands did not reach him in any way. It turned out very tasty, crumbly cookies. I did not regret that I baked. I baked it twice. The first time she rolled out a layer of about 5 millimeters and baked top-bottom at 180 degrees, and the second time - 3 millimeters and baked with convection at 175 degrees. I liked the second option more.
Underwater rocks.
You may need more or less flour. In no case do not take polenta, but only fine flour.
The dough is very fragile and tender. But with the dough, which was in the refrigerator for 10 hours, there were no problems at all. It rolled out well, just don't forget to sprinkle with flour, it was well cut and tolerated.
Of course, you can roll out the dough right on the baking sheet and cut there. But for some reason it's not convenient for me.
Recommend!

Angela, I baked cookies and came to show. I didn't manage to cut cookies with cookie cutters, the dough is very tender and fragile, it falls apart (maybe because I didn't have enough flour and I added 20 grams of corn starch, or it was necessary to reduce the amount of oil). I took a piece of dough, made a ball, put it on baking paper and flattened it. Then I pricked the holes with a fork and into the oven.

The cookies, however, turned out to be very nice and tasty. Delicate, crumbly, melting in the mouth. The taste of both corn and rice is guessed, but everything is very spicy. We liked! You just need to remember to bake it periodically

Checkmark, great cookie turned out. I wrote that more flour may be needed. You need to sprinkle well so that it rolls out and now a night in the refrigerator affects the dough very well. Nothing that didn't roll out. Wonderful buttons turned out. I'm glad I liked the cookies. They fly away.

Angel, you have everything written in detail, there are no questions, but I ran out of flour at the wrong moment, I had to get out, since the process was already started

Angela, my sun. I prepared the dough for cookies in the refrigerator and threw it. And then things got started ... for a few days. Today the dough is like cobblestone. if I hold it on the table will it save the day?

sculpted on the run, but very tasty!
the dough lay for a long time, then I kept it on the table for a couple of hours, added a little milk and sculpted it. but in general, if this happens, it is better to have a little bit of soft butter or sour cream. and everything is super! sandy and melts in the mouth. delicious!

Thank you! The main taster is delighted. I kept it in the oven a little longer, the molds came up from plasticine, my daughter did not mind. I diminished the powder a little, and reversed the flour. She put in more corn. But the result is excellent! ... Thanks again
