The filling was made from diced raw chicken breast, raw onion in quarter rings, black pepper, salt, a little mayonnaise. I mixed everything together, marinated for about an hour. Then I decided to add more grated cheese and an egg, mixed everything and, just in case, added a spoonful of starch so that the dough would not get wet from the filling.
It turned out great, the meat was baked, the filling is very tender. There was such a smell in the apartment, mmm ...
It is only advisable to make a hole on the top cover of the cake (like an Ossetian one), otherwise it soars strongly. I made a hole, but not too thin, the top crust swelled like sails))
