Jam 0.5 tbsp.

  • The recipe was born in a dacha environment due to the lack of an oven, because you won't heat the stove in the summer, and there is an excess of jam in the cellar.
  • You can take the usual recipe for the dough. I chose a recipe from a recipe book - for croissants. Instead of water and milk powder in the country I take milk. Fortunately, cows are regularly transported for sale.
  • I prepare the dough on the dough program. I have Panasonik SD-ZB2502. mode No. 18 according to the instructions.
  • Roll out the finished dough. Grease with jam mixed with starch and spices.

  • Gently roll into a sausage, pinching the edges.

  • Place the snail in the bread maker, first remove the stirrer. You do not need to lubricate with anything.

  • Let stand for 20-30 minutes.
  • Baking on the 12th program 1.5 hours. The time is increased because the jam gives moisture. Don't try to shove in a lot of jam. Will flow out.

  • Thanks to this technology, the remnants of the jam were finally used. Any jam.

Home-made people are very fond of sweet pies. Fortunately, there are a lot of frozen berries in the freezer in the city. But at the dacha in the cellar - jam. Blueberry, blueberry, currant, somehow unmarketable. Now I have already used everything. Very tasty with applesauce (left over from juicing) and cinnamon.
