Ingredients

Dough:
Flour 10 tbsp. l.
Honey 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar half a glass
Margarine 70-100 g
Eggs 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Dough:
  • Honey, sugar, margarine and eggs - place in a bowl, put on a saucepan with boiling water and stir so that the eggs do not curl. When the margarine is completely melted, remove from the heat along with the saucepan, add an incomplete Art. l. soda (without a slide), quenched with vinegar. Stir, remove from pan and add flour. Heaped spoons, but without fanaticism.
  • Further - we take a saucepan from a rice cooker, grease it with margarine and slightly crush it with flour. (I don’t know, I was afraid not to grease or crush ... It may well be that this procedure is not mandatory, the saucepan is Teflon)
  • We take a piece of dough the size of an apple ... or from a children's cam ... (cover the rest with a lid). We distribute it along the bottom of the saucepan. We put the saucepan in the rice cooker. We close the lid. We turn on the network. WARM will light up. Switch to COOK. The process has started. Now we are waiting. After 4-5 minutes the dog will switch to WARM by itself. Don't miss this moment. From this moment we are waiting for another 20 minutes. We arrive in 20 minutes, unplug it, carefully open it (hot steam !!!), and insert a platmass piece with holes. We take out with her. With a quick movement, turn the whole economy upside down and remove the saucepan. The cake remains on the plastic base. We repeat the procedure until the dough runs out.
  • (It took me 2 hours 50 minutes to complete everything.)
  • Then we sandwich it with cream and send it to the refrigerator.

My first piece in a brand new rice cooker ... The recipe is the most common, I took from my notebook with culinary notes. Just in case, I bring it, but I think that those who wish can take their own tested one, it is important HOW to bake it in a rice cooker.

A small addition: since I did everything according to the old recipe, there was a cake diameter of 24 cm, and in a rice cooker, a cake with a diameter of 19 cm turned out ... Well, in short, I divided the cake layers into two parts. From the first - a cake, and the second - here ... Then I'll make another one, with another cream.

The cakes are slightly concave because the bottom of the saucepan is slightly curved.

Another convenience - the size of the cake layers allows you to use a regular plate and fits comfortably in the refrigerator. And before we used a tray, the one that is visible in the photo. With him in the refrigerator you will not very much fit.
