I make it out of milk. Everything is according to the recipe, only I can do a different amount, but with the same proportions of milk-butter 1: 2. According to this recipe, I always succeed in turning out with Phillips, that with an element.

When it seems to me that it is liquid, I add a little more oil. Liquid mayonnaise is always a lack of oil. It seems so to me.

But I can’t say anything about cottage cheese, because I don’t know what kind of consistency they expected to get and how they did it.

Yesterday I only made a casserole, I did not photograph the process, but I can show the result (the rest of the result), here it is 0.5 kg. cottage cheese + the rest according to the recipe. Since this is not a puree soup, I don’t keep the blender in one place, or I take it out, then I put it in different places in the bowl. I also did 2-4 minutes. A very delicate smooth structure came out.

I did it in a slow cooker, so the top is pale.
