Ingredients

Large fresh pears 2 pcs.
Raisins 1 tbsp. l.
Rum or cognac 1 tbsp. l.
Chopped nuts, mix 2 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, vanilla by a pinch
Yeast-free puff pastry 1 sheet
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Yolk 1 PC.
Coconut flakes, dragee-pearls for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Cut off the base and tail of pears

  • Now, carefully, without reaching the bottom, we cut out the core of the pears

  • Raisins, previously soaked in rum or cognac (for speed, you can do this in the microwave), mix with nuts, honey and spices and fill the holes in the pears with this filling.

  • Roll out the dough very thinly, cut into strips ~ 1 cm wide and carefully wrap each pear with these overlapping strips

  • Grease the blanks with yolk, sprinkle with sugar on all sides and bake in a heated to
  • 180about oven on oiled baking paper until tender. Decorate the finished pears with snow - coconut flakes and dragee pearls.
