Mixed minced meat (pork + chicken). I didn’t sauté the onion (I know that’s not right, but the liver dictates its own rules). Instead of water (milk), I added diluted cream to the minced meat. I always get a thin mince, so next time I will reduce the amount of cream / milk. Doused in flour, fried. Sauce - chicken broth + 10% cream + tomato paste + flour.
