Impromptu "put on" minced meatballs for "milk cutlets" (left after frying the frying pan of cutlets). Ingredients: coarsely ground pork and chicken, semolina, milk, onions (not fried). I decided that the minced meat is similar to yours. I added yolk to it, made a dough. Further according to the recipe.
Tasty, bright, unusual. I liked the dough hefty - very delicate.
I took cupcake molds - silicone, deep, strongly ribbed (it's a pity that I can't show it now). It was beautiful at the exit, and the intermediate moment of shaking out the meatballs from the molds made me pant - they got stuck in this ribbing. But this did not spoil either the result or the mood. Next time (if I don’t get smoother forms), I’ll try to fry the meatballs in a pan and put them in the form already fried. And, of course, I'll do it exactly according to your recipe.
