For the purity of the experiment, I ran it in a dough sheeter. I did a minimum straight, on trial. In silicone molds ... Small ones turned out ... Then I sprinkled powder ...
What can I say? Something too quickly they flew away ... And through rolling it is very good, the dough turns out to be thin and tender ..
Thank you Maryana!

stanlleeThank you very much for the recipe! But I had one question - when I kneaded the dough with so much butter, it became soft, even very soft, and the recipe says - not soft! What to do?
kuznez84
Lucretia, in the English and German versions, 60 g of butter is used in the dough, the rest is for smearing (and not ghee, but softened). I just don't know if it affects the result. I'll have to try and compare.
If the dough is too soft, it is probably better to add flour.
Lucretia
kuznez84, thanks, I did just that, I'm waiting now in 10 minutes. I'll start rolling!)))

The girls have already compared and posted the recipe. A completely different taste.

Thank you again stanllee, everything turned out fine and very tasty, only I used the cupcake mold, so, probably, not craffins, but crackers))) or cupcakes))) turned out Top covered with coffee-marshmallow glaze and different toppings. The dough is VERY light and fluffy! Somehow in our family we have such a tradition that to watch "The Voice" we will definitely bake something and set a large tea table, so today, thanks to stanllee, it will be very, very tasty! How interesting! Now we will eat the gingerbread and try to bake the Kraffins. This is the first time I've heard such a name.

It seems to me that the amount of oil is mixed up, 60 g is needed in the dough, and 130 for lubrication,
350 gr. -150 liquid and 130 oil, and even an egg, that's all, about 240-250 g
liquids. Obviously something is wrong.
Made by recipe kseniya D, there is a completely "dry" dough, and "smear" 160 gr. oil did not work,
about half remained.

Sweetheart
could not resist and hastily did it today) did it just on the rug, not in the molds. Delicious buns came out, my son only said that it was not sweet) I poured him with jam syrup)
