Egyptian Pie Fytyr

Ingredients

Dough
premium wheat flour 500 grams
milk 210-20 grams
egg 1 piece
salt 0.5 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
dry yeast 1 teaspoon under the knife
Cream
milk 400 gram
egg 1 piece
sugar 200 grams
vanilla taste
starch 3 tbsp. spoons
butter soft for lubrication

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with salt, yeast and sugar.
  • Add egg to milk, stir.
  • Add flour mixture and knead the dough. I kneaded with a hook for 15 minutes.
