This is delicious!
First I rolled it out with my hands, and then decided on a typewriter to make it thinner. As a result, I made 4 snails, and 2 pies, respectively. Hell in the Princess. One would not fit, probably. And it’s very good.
Only I was either mistaken, did not understand. Like I put 400 gr. flour into the dough, I went for the second package, the dough was kneaded. And then I look - it is thick, there is no need to add flour. Well, or these are my glitches))
And the question is - how much oil should go for lubrication? I have 100 gr. gone, but I would add to make it more layered

I won't say that. It took me so many. Each flour has different moisture capacity. Maybe yours is drier.
