Raspberry dessert "Two-layer"

Raspberry Dessert Double Layer

Ingredients

Raspberry 100 g
Powdered sugar 3 tsp
Ryazhenka 150 g
Cream 35% 2 tbsp. l.
Mint

Cooking method

  • Rinse and dry raspberries. Fold into a blender bowl, add powdered sugar and grind until smooth. 2/3 of the resulting puree put in glasses, filling them to 1/4 of the height.
  • Pour fermented baked milk into the remaining puree in the blender bowl and add cream. Beat until fluffy for 1 minute and spread over the raspberry layer with a tablespoon. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving
  • Garnish with raspberries and mint as desired
