Sherbet "Fruit-profitable" with cranberry jam

Sherbet Fruit-beneficial with cranberry jam

Ingredients

Fermented baked milk (sour cream, fatty yogurt) 150 ml
Cream 33% 150 ml
Bananas 2 pcs.
Cranberries (lingonberry, raspberry, currant), mashed with sugar 4 - 6 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice and zest from 1/3 lemon

Cooking method

  • I propose to make sherbet from available products, sour and refreshing. I did it back in May from what turned out to be in the refrigerator.
  • Preparation
  • - Peel the banana, grate the lemon zest. Mix the banana, zest, lemon pulp without white peel, jam and fermented baked milk (choose non-acidic and thick) with an immersion blender at maximum speed for a minute. You can freeze the banana a little by cutting it into pieces to speed up the freezing of ice cream later.
  • - Whisk the chilled cream until soft peaks.
  • - Mix both mixtures, try if the ice cream is sweet enough for you and freeze in an ice cream maker.
  • - If there is no ice cream maker, send the mixture in the tray to the freezer. After an hour, knead the ice cream thoroughly every half hour three times to prevent large ice crystals from forming.

Note

You can use any jam or thick concentrated homemade syrup.
If the jam is with seeds, then it is better to rub it through a sieve.
I also made it from lingonberries and raspberries, tasty and less sour.

If the jam is very sour, I think you need to exclude the lemon juice, but leave the zest.
Check the mixture for sugar - everyone has different jam.
