I still can't get enough of my dryer))
This time I decided to dry the raspberries! In freezing, it does not work for me, or rather it works, but some kind of dough.
It took a long time to dry! At some point, I even lost hope for the long-awaited result, but ... after 24 hours everything happened! Most interestingly, the shape has been preserved! All products are somehow modified, but raspberries - no!
Here is my video review on raspberries:

Irgata
Irina, me and What a beautiful raspberry turned out. Everything - I was convinced - will also dry. otherwise I freeze everything, by the way, it freezes very well, maybe it depends on the variety - our raspberries are not watery and sweet.

Maybe from the variety, or maybe from my thoughtlessness. You also need to freeze wisely

You also need to freeze wisely

Arrange the washed and dried raspberries on a tray in one layer, freeze at a shock T * -18 or -24. And only then put the berries in bags and put them in the freezer for storage.
The berries will always be whole and even and will never break or turn into porridge. And you will not need to tear them apart and cut with a knife if you need to get the right amount from the bag for cooking
This way I freeze all berries and fruits

It's like a question about bread: how long does it take to stand? I always answer: until the workpiece is doubled! And time will tell the dough itself!

So it is with raspberries - you need to look not at the time, but at its appearance, how dry it is (touch and turn in your hands, evaluate), because the time will depend on many reasons, including the large, small, watery raspberry itself, sweet and so on ...

It happens that you need to turn off the dryer and let the raspberries cool a little, after cooling down, you can also understand whether it has dried up or not. And then put it on dry.

Take a raspberry in your hands, squeeze the berry with your fingers - will it crush and be wet inside? or dry? Which one?

Crochet, Inna probably 2 days ... but turned it off when she left for work.

And rightly so, the girls write: the same tomatoes feel and look differently in the dryer, and when they are cooled - differently! When they cool down, they wrinkle, shrink, decrease in size, and may become completely dry. And from the hot air in the dryer (oven), the product steams, swells, becomes soft, juicy - and it is difficult to understand whether it is ready or not.

In general, you need to observe the product, and try to understand how it should look at all stages of preparation and drying.
But otherwise - nothing! What to do
