Without further ado, I decided to repeat the preparation of the apple marshmallow similarly to the apricot marshmallow.
Sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, put the apples in the oven at 70 *, you do not need to sprinkle
🔗
The apples were steamed well and swelled with a cap, put everything in a saucepan, mixed with a spoon, added a little sugar

laid out on the trays of the dryer covered with paper. Didn't want to mess around spread it out in a thick layer

Here's what happened

Summary: Of course, this marshmallow is worse than apricot marshmallow, but still very good.
By the way, I rehabilitated myself a little: 2 pallets were covered with good baking paper, white. IT had to be removed with water. And I covered 2 more trays with brownish creamy baking paper, removed without any water and will be suitable for one more drying.

Lyi, but tell me, please, at what temperature was the marshmallow dried?
Yes, a good harvest of apples this year! You can prepare anything.

Merri ! At first, to a maximum, 2-3 hours, then I reduce it to two or three, and the final drying on one. I do not indicate the time, since it all depends on the thickness of the marshmallow sheet. For the sake of speed, I now make thick sheets of apple marshmallow, it turns out something between marshmallow and marmalade. Try it.
And then I tried to beat the plum marshmallow a little. I poured it into the oven without taking out the seeds, and then rubbed it through a Kenwood sieve and once whipped the seedless mass in a blender. (y) Everything has dried up with air bubbles. This leaf was eaten in a moment! Delicious.
I don't know the temperature of your dryer. Be sure to make sure that it does not burn, it is seized by a burnt crust at the moment. Now I dry on 3 dryers. Two (mine and my sisters) are the same Summer resident 4M, but even so, my sister's temperature is 4 equal to the temperature of my Summer resident by 3.
So I ruined 4 sheets of plum marshmallow, so if you do not have time to follow, then everything dries perfectly and just on one.
Happy blanks! The pastila is delicious.

In addition.
Merri!
Now I looked where you are from, it turns out we live very close by.
I have now dried and rolled 3 ten liter cans of dried peaches. I think there will be as many more, there are many more hanging on the trees. It is a pity that 2 trees even broke off thick branches. Didn't set the props in time. At first, I wondered if it was worth drying them.
And now I am just delighted, the land is a little immature, while they are still hard. True, not all varieties can be dried, the previous 2 trees I had were so juicy that it was impossible to hold in my hands. And the remaining 4 trees are very good, little by little, and I have time to process them. The taste is even better than dried apricots from apricots, they are a little sour for my taste, and peaches are sweetish, even if raw they are not very sweet, as they are unripe.
Dried peaches leave like seeds for a computer, it's impossible to come off.

Lyi, Thanks for the detailed answer! I don't have a dryer yet. Dry plums and apples in the sun. I know that in Central Asia they also dry marshmallow like that, so I want to try it. But I have an airfryer, though you can't put much in it. I asked about the drying temperature because I thought to speed up the process with the help of the oven, but there is a minimum one - 150 degrees, I think that is too much.
How far from Novorossiysk do you live?

wasteful of course, but maybe with the lid open? I then have 50 degrees.

Thank you, Anya! One of these days I will do the "kneading", then I will throw up with her think how to dry it.

Good day! I understood correctly - you can not peel the apples, for example, white filling?

The photo shows that it is not necessary The peel of summer apples is softer and thinner than that of winter ones.
