fat cream 50 ml

Cooking method

  • Continuing the strawberry-citrus theme that I love so much, I want to share a recipe for a refreshing sorbet.
  • To a similar smoothie (without lemon juice), we add only a little heavy cream (or a lot, if you wish) to give the pattern.
  • So, in a blender, grind chilled or frozen strawberries, orange slices, peeled from films, yogurt, peach (orange) juice, sugar.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer dish, add cream on top and draw a fancy drawing with a knife!

  • Those who will cook sorbet in an ice cream maker will not get a fancy pattern, but they can taste better by adding a little more cream.
