Asparagus based on Korean carrots

Ingredients

Dried asparagus 200-250g.
Carrot 1pc. (Large)
Fresh cucumber 1 PC.
Onions (preferably red, salad) 1-1 / 2pcs.
Vinegar 9% 1/4 Art.
Boiled water add up to 200 ml to a glass with vinegar.
Vegetable oil 2st. l.
Sesame oil 2st. l.
Salt 1h l. with a slide.
Sugar 3-4 tsp
Ground black pepper / lemon. pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1 tooth.
Soy sauce 1 st. l.
Sesame 1-2 tbsp. l.
Hot red pepper 1/4 tsp

Cooking method

  • I have already posted the recipe for Korean carrots on the site.
  • And then I wanted asparagus, but with a "Korean accent", such an impromptu was born.
  • Maybe someone will come in handy with this option for a delicious snack.
  • So let's get started ...
  • Break the asparagus, pour boiled water for 3-4 hours, or overnight. The water can be changed 1-2 times.
  • It turned out to be a whole colander of asparagus.
  • Asparagus based on Korean carrots
  • Wash the vegetables, peel them, and cut them into small cubes, carrots and cucumber into strips.
  • Put asparagus in a large bowl, vegetables on top, squeeze garlic onto the carrots through a press.

  • Cooking the marinade:
  • Pour vinegar into a glass, add boiling water to 200 ml, add salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and spices (EVERYTHING except Red pepper).

  • In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil to a "haze", add red hot pepper, heat for 15-30 seconds and pour over a crushed garlic clove.
