Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with salt at high speed until the volume increases by almost 3 times.
  • add the sifted flour and stir with a spatula from bottom to top and in a circle by folding.
  • pour the dough onto a baking sheet and spread in an even layer.
  • bake in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. at 180 ".
  • Transfer the finished biscuit to a sheet of paper and roll it up, cool completely.
  • unfold grease with more than half of the cream and roll up again, apply the remaining cream on top and decorate!
