Tatiana mom
Miranda, Thank you so much! As always, you have a super review. Have you seen what a pro cook looks like? There is a difference? I'll go look for a unit now))
Miranda
Tatiana mom, before buying all the options only on video and looked at reviews.
I made decisions intuitively. But my kettle worked for many years Unit, 6-7 years, and there was nothing Pro cook, probably this and the price played a role. There are no complaints about the scales, they are comfortable, they turn off for a long time (which is good if you go somewhere to buy food).

I bought it at Ozone.
Tatiana mom
Miranda, so I found them here)

Tatiana mom, and look also with the bowl Unit UBS-2153

I wrote a review on them. For almost a year now, everything is fine. The bowl is good, in use. I also considered the Pro Cook, but decided not to overpay.

Review of kitchen scales Unit UBS-2153
Miranda, just after reading your review I bought a scale, probably 4 months with it, while I'm also happy (I don't remember if I wrote here), thank you very much!
Miranda
cleoseand great
I also really like it, there is no desire to change and look after something.
Recently replaced the batteries. But their advantage is that the batteries are not round, but ordinary little fingers, which are everywhere in bulk.

Together with them, baby scales with Ali, who recently recalled - there are all sorts of spices, yeast, etc., which is needed 3-15g. weighing.
SoNika
Miranda, thank you, also somehow reading your advice and stock up on 10 rubles. I decided to check the scales in a magician with coins, but alas, I was not so lucky, the weight was not shown incorrectly or both Unit and Tefal were jumping and I still don't remember which company left without the scales. I think maybe just unlucky ...
Miranda
SoNika, the coin weighs very little, I would weigh something else on large ones to check.
SoNika
Miranda, and then how to check the error, for example 5 grams?
Miranda
SoNika, on something heavier than a coin.

On large scales, it will not work to check the error with 5-10 gram items. They are not geared towards weighing small things.

They weigh exactly 100g. for example, and so it is easy to check the error.
SoNika
Miranda, oh, so I'm looking for precise, dry. yeast for example, weigh ..+100 g this will be
julia_bb
SoNika, for accuracy, a small jewelry scale is needed, which weighs a maximum of 100, 200 or 500 g. There are many of them on Ali, on the previous page the link was given
SoNika

They have been working for several years, just changing the battery. Scales up to 5 kg Show up to hundredths of harmonics
Yes, my orsunchiks were also hung up exactly, up to 2-3 grams ... But they began to fail.
Yulia, thanks, but I don't want to order on Ali ...
julia_bb
Virine, we also sell, but just more expensive
SoNika
Yulia, okay, I'll look again, thanks
Wildebeest
SoNika, and why don't you want to buy jewelry scales on Ali? The same scales are sold at us three times more expensive.
I bought on Ali and use them happily. My scales take 200 grams to the nearest 0.01 grams.
Olga_Ma
Tatiana mom, I have Pro Cooks for 3 years already, I am satisfied, they are up to 5 kg, now I also ordered jewelry, so that they are from 0.01, they should come tomorrow
SoNika
Sveta, bought for a long time? which ones?
Wildebeest
SoNika, on page 54, post 1067, there is a link.

What you need to know when choosing and operating an electronic kitchen scale

When preparing food in the kitchen, we are faced with the problem of measuring the amount of food according to the recipe. For example, when baking bread, you need to measure both relatively medium-sized portions of flour or liquid, and small portions like salt, yeast or sugar.Sometimes you have to weigh very small portions, sometimes less than one gram and, preferably, with sufficient accuracy ...

Various models of electronic scales are now available, and there are some features that must be considered when choosing a purchase and subsequent operation.
Scales differ in the range of the measured weight and the digit capacity of the scale, sometimes mistakenly called the measurement accuracy. For example, there is a scale with a measurement limit of 5 kg and a capacity of 1 gram. There are more "precise" ones, for example, 500 g / 0.1 g or 200 g / 0.01 g.
Some users mistakenly believe that if the scales on the scale have the least significant digit of 0.01 grams, this is the measurement accuracy. This is not true. Any measuring device has its own accuracy class, but for household appliances this parameter is not standardized by anything or anyone, given that the overwhelming majority of such gadgets are made in China, you know ...
It would be nice if such a balance would have an accuracy class of +/- 0.2 ~ 0.5%. This means that if you install a standard weight with a mass of exactly 1 kg (1000,000 ... grams) on a scale with a scale of 5 kg and the least significant digit of 1 gram, the scales will not always show 1000, and not even 999 or 1001, but can show 1003, 1005 or 997 grams, that's how lucky. This is the "accuracy" of the measurement. And if you put a weight of 3 kg - there may already run up or be missing not only 1 gram, or even up to 10 grams ...
The same applies to more "accurate" scales, with the measurement of the least significant digit of the scale, for example, up to 0.01 grams. If we weigh an exemplary reference weight on them, for example, 5 grams, they can “lie” by a few hundredths of a gram, and this is quite acceptable.
You also need to pay attention to the minimum measurable weight. It is far from always equal to the digit capacity of the scale that the manufacturer stated. For example, a scale of 5 kg / 1 g does not respond to weighing a 1 or 2 gram weight, and a scale with a scale of 0.01 gram does not respond to the same weight - here you need to take into account the features of the electronic circuit.
The balance uses a special sensor that converts the force of pressure on the weighing plate into an electrical signal. The more weight, the stronger the electrical signal. In the absence of a measured weight, only the platform exerts pressure, while the scales receive a minimum signal and auto-calibration takes place, while, in order to avoid the influence of electrical interference - noise and interference, there is a certain dead zone in the measurement circuit so that the readings on the display do not "run" around and about zero. That is why the minimum measurable weight is not equal to the minimum digit of the scale, just as the measurement accuracy is not equal to the minimum digit of the scale.

I must also say that many scales have the ability to calibrate, and this is a very useful function, since the sensors tend to change their parameters over time, and sooner or later, even previously calibrated scales begin to go beyond their previously stated error limits. With regard to calibration, here you need to have a weight or other object that is exactly equal to the maximum measuring range of a particular instance of the balance. It is quite difficult to find an exact weight, say, 5 kg, and at the same time so that it has a minimum deviation from the declared weight of a few tenths of a gram. Or you can find weights or even a set of weights, but who can guarantee how these weights exactly correspond to their face value?
The scale readings can change their error when the ambient temperature changes, the freshness of the batteries or whether a load is installed in the center of the platform or with a slight offset ... In general, for domestic needs, a deviation of several tenths of a gram of yeast, salt or spices, or +/- a few grams of flour or water in the recipe will not affect the result in any way. By and large, everything said above applies, for the most part, for pedants. I love accuracy in everything, and therefore focused on this. I have a lot of scales in use - some I calibrated, some I didn't. If possible, maybe in this thread or another, later I'll post a review of how I use my gadgets ... Weighing, calibration and all that.
SoNika
Alex_Fil,
Ozone has Stadler Form Scale One SFL.0011, does anyone know about them in real life? For me it’s superfluous, this is a clock and an alarm clock, it only consumes batteries, and they are already quickly depleted in the scales, or about the Bayerhoff BH-5606 scales
VRad
Girls, I got into trouble with my new Boyrer. They started to glitch, did not turn off, did not lose weight, etc. I changed the batteries, like everything is ok. BUT - she began to weigh flour, they show 200 with something grams, and in terms of volume all 400. Weighed on other scales, and it is, flour is almost 400 grams. And there were continuous mistakes. For 20-30 grams, depending on the weight.
Then I remembered that the ham turned out to be salty and the carrot cake was inedible. But that was before the batteries were changed.
I was about to take it to the service, but they suddenly calmed down. But I weigh everything on two scales, I check.
What kind of glitch could it be? Has anyone had such a temporary darkening?
The phone was not nearby, the microwave was far away. True, Kenwood was nearby, maybe it was just turned on at this time, I don't remember. But it definitely didn't work.
Checked the accuracy of coin weighing. Error 3 gr instead of declared 1.
Take it to the service, not lead?

VRad, Valeria, because of the batteries, the scales were very buggy, though they didn't lie so much as the readings themselves somehow jumped, there was a bad contact, I put a foam seal on the battery, under the battery compartment cover. Now the battery does not dangle and while the scales are working normally.

My batteries are tight, but I'll check it just in case and wipe the Contacts. The scales are new, three or four months since I bought
Thurtle
VRad, Valeria, I have polaris scales, until recently they were buggy. And I also noticed from the flour, I know that there are about 100g in the scoop, but they show less. And I changed the batteries - to no avail. At the bottom, the legs are self-adjusting, one is stuck and did not allow the scales to stand straight. The husband disassembled the scales, straightened the leg and everything is in order. Maybe you have the same problem.
VRad
Thurtle, Thank you. I will definitely look. Here, just from Easter I'll catch my breath

I finally bought jewelry scales on Ali, I have wanted it for a long time. Weigh accurately to 100 g, with hundredths. Weighed 10 rubles coins. and 10 kopecks. for starters, the weight is almost as stated.

julia_bb, Julia, I also have similar ones. I'm not overjoyed. The tare weight is discarded. I weigh the spices into the sausage in grams. Before that I bought a spoon-scales. But they are not very comfortable.
julia_bb
Gayane Atabekova, Gayane, yes, I read about spoons that they are not very accurate. These, in theory, are normal, at least up to half a gram is accurately weighed. Yeast and spices, coffee beans. Well, gold, bruliants at the same time
Totosha
Girls, and does someone else release scales with a micromode? Tanita 321 (320) is not for sale anywhere, I have not found others with such a function anywhere, maybe who knows? Thank you

Totosha, Tatiana, have you seen Tanita in medical stores?
Totosha
Svetlana, phoned stores all day, including medical stores, said that she had not been on sale for a long time and would not be
Countryman
I wonder if there are scales with Wi-Fi, bluetooth, another radio channel, or with a USB cable, finally ... In short, such that their display is so far from the scales themselves that it can be seen without any problems? And no basin to be weighed blocked it.
And it would be best if instead of a scoreboard, just any mobile phone.
Anna67
Countryman, smart redmond probably?
Or xiaomi should have. Perhaps Samsung will catch up if it is already creating its own infrastructure.

Redmond. A program for management is put on the phone. There and calories will show. But something went wrong with me. The program got up on the phone, but refused to work. Yes, and the scales themselves work somehow jerky, sometimes you poke, poke, but they do not switch. She spat and returned to the old one with Ali.
VRad
We're not doing well with Tanita. I have been learning about 400 for about a year, those that are up to 5 kg. No, and they do not wait.
Spat and asked to bring it from Germany. Delivery (within Germany) 35 euros.
At the end of next week they will be with me. Then I will report back.

I also took my jewelry to Ali. I chose the cheapest of the category of interest to me (200g / 0.01g with a lid) and was not disappointed.
By the way, they came very quickly, literally in 10 days.
So that, Anna, don't worry, everything should be normal.

Marinuly, I also wanted tanita, in Moscow there is no where. wondering how to buy in Germany?
Prus - 2
And I'm probably a retarded person)), I've been using my Zonle scales (from 1 g to 15 kg) for 4 years now and I'm terribly happy! I check it periodically with coins - they are not lying. Probably, there was no need to weigh on jewelry in my recipes)).

Prus - 2, Lyuba, we actively use jewelry scales in the manufacture of sausages, so as not to miss the salt and spices.
Anna67
Wildebeest, well, there will be 21 grams of salt / spices instead of 20, so what?
Wildebeest
Anna67, 21 grams is too much.

Oh, my dears, here I have lagged behind in these 4 years that I spent on Facebook ((! Sausage is cool! Here Finnish cervelat flashes in the feed - I went in, licked my lips. But with our diets, the sausage does not roll yet ((I, as the most backward, just today got a Multicooker (Multicusin). That's what it means - to fall out of the topic! Nothing, we'll catch up! But what a pleasant excitement, already half-forgotten - when you are waiting for a new device!))
Anna67
Wildebeest, do you taste? I’m all the same about salt, a tablespoon or a teaspoon, both options will do. And even more so I put spices not by weight, but by mood. Of course, we are not talking about any guests, but I don't strive for them - I still don't remember what the sausage was.
Wildebeest
Anna67, Anya, you have a diamond eye.
Anna67
Wildebeest, come on, you flatter me. And I rather bought the scales for the test, otherwise the sonador always has 3.5 grams of yeast or salt or 1.7 something else. And I'm still afraid of the dough, although I often make recipes in general.
Sausage is not so important, we will eat both spicy and salted - the main thing is not to be poisonous
