Potato casserole with trout

Ingredients

potatoes 2kg
egg 2 pcs
butter 50gr
a tomato 200gr
bulb onions 230gr
mozzarella cheese 150gr
soy sauce 30gr
vegetable oil for marinade 20gr + 50gr for sautéing vegetables
sugar 10gr
Tobasco sauce 5gr
sour cream 100gr
salt, spices taste
fish trout 480gr
split form d27

Cooking method

  • Cut the fish fillet into cubes and marinate in a mixture of vegetable oil, soy sauce, Tabasco sauce, sugar and your favorite spices. Prepare a homogeneous puree from the potatoes with the addition of butter and eggs. Saute the onion until transparent, add the diced tomato, simmer for a couple of minutes. Put the mashed potatoes in a greased detachable form and form the base of the casserole with sides, lay out half of the browned vegetables, then the marinated fish, vegetables again, fill with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. We bake at temp. 180 degrees 20-30 minutes.
