Cooking method

  • Those who want to make a pie on a regular standard baking sheet, increase the products by 2 times.
  • Place the cherries on a sieve to drain the liquid.
  • Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt
  • Combine flour, baking powder and cocoa. Sieve through a sieve.
  • Add vegetable oil to the egg mass, mix mineral water.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture to the dough and mix until smooth.
  • Chop the chocolate into large pieces. The choice of chocolate is yours. The recipe included either white or milk chocolate. But you can add a dark one.
  • Add chopped chocolate to the dough and mix.
  • Form 20 * 30 cm, cover with baking paper and pour out the dough. Put the cherries on top, pressing them into the dough. We bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 40-50 minutes. We check the readiness of the cake with a wooden torch.
  • Remove the pie from the oven and cool completely on the wire rack.
  • Chocolate Cherry Pie Ingredients Now you can decorate. You can just sprinkle it with powdered sugar on top. I melted 50 g of dark chocolate with a couple tablespoons of milk and randomly applied icing on top.
