The steam seems to have been discharged, but the lid does not allow opening
Try to move the lid, remove the valve completely, or slightly push the blocking valve with a stick, the saucepan should open!
Lenchic-atas
I really like to cook chicken ventricles with chicken liver in this mulch! First, I fry the onions and carrots (the onions are coarsely chopped, the carrots are grated) on the frying program, and by the way I noticed that if you cover it with a lid during frying, it is fried faster, then I throw in the cleaned washed ventricles (you can cut it, you can do this), stew for 15 minutes ... I forcibly release the pressure (honestly, I just remove the valve), open the lid, add a little flour, sour cream, spices, salt, chicken liver, mix everything well and braise for another 15 minutes (don't forget to put the valve back in place))))! For garnish everything your heart desires !! I tried to throw the liver and stomachs at the same time, it feels like the liver is being digested, so I divided the cooking into two stages! Everything turns out soft, the ventricles seem to have been cooked on the stove for two hours - so soft, the liver is tender, in general, very tasty, and a lot of gravy turns out to be sour cream!

But the borscht, which I did not like from the cartoon! Now I cook the meat in it, put everything in a regular saucepan and cook it on the stove!

10 minutes ceiling for cabbage !!!
I totally agree with you! I stewed cabbage with meat and beans for 30 minutes, laid everything at the same time. As a result, the meat is ready, the beans are almost ready, but hard, although they were previously soaked overnight, and with the cabbage, it's just mess (in fact, I suspected it). But I repeat, it is difficult for me to cook in two stages - the lid unlocks for a long time, even though I forcibly release steam, and poking all the time with a stick - opening the valve, in my opinion, is not very good (mockery of the technique!, And even after unlocking the lid does not remove well, that's time clings to the bowl, so I just try not to combine foods with different cooking times anymore.

As for sour cream - how does it behave? I somehow added, it was cut off in flakes, like curdled milk, although it was fresh and seemed to be good, the type of dish turned out to be unsympathetic, I have not added since then.

in all dishes that I cooked, sour cream behaves as usual, just like when cooking in a saucepan. Maybe you got some not very good sour cream?

Well, I don't even know, I don't see anything terrible, slightly touch the valve with a stick from sushi, for example, I examined the cover and valves well, there is nothing particularly abstruse, everything is mechanical, made soundly.
ViktoriyaZh
Can you please tell me how much porridge can be cooked so that it does not run away and the valve does not stick? I need 2 liters of porridge, this is a double portion of what you wrote in your recipes. In model 503132, more liters are already running away, I am looking for an alternative. Thank you!

I don’t know how for two liters, but I cooked rice for two large multi-glasses (a 250 ml glass from a bread machine). It seems I didn't even try to escape .. It turned out 2st rice + 2st water + 6st milk, even the lid did not get dirty.

Does a stand or a basket for steam cooking exist in nature for this cartoon? I don't want to use the plastic one from the kit .. The dex had a hinged one - very convenient, but here I rummaged in the net and did not find it for moulinex ..
Well, and I will also ask - how do you get steamed vegetables? Also under pressure? And what are they like at the exit? So far I can only compare with Dex - I really liked how he cooks them. A bit hard, but that's what you need. Moulinex has just ordered it, but I'm worried if it will upset.
Lenchic-atas
Hmm ... I haven't cooked anything for a couple yet, people say that this plastic one does not do a bad job, they just put it on the bottom on a silicone mat so that the saucepan does not scratch, although there are silicone pimples on the legs, they say they save a lot, and it seems to fit even more vegetables than on a hanging one.

I have another question! I really want a replaceable bowl for her, preferably made of stainless steel! Who has not picked it up yet ???
Olive
For her, very good. it is difficult to find accessories (flaw), I saw it in the Rozetka online store, but this is for Ukrainians only for hryvnia. Sorry. Link:
🔗
And it is not at all made of stainless steel.
Annjutka
No, it didn’t help the Ukrainians either. Today I called there - they don’t have anything for this multi. Is that Redmond hot pot tongs, and then there are mixed reviews. I'll get mine - I measure the inner diameter, maybe from other models that suits. In the meantime, I probably won't hide Dex far ... \
p. from. The only thing that made me happy is that they have a special offer there and a second saucepan as a gift, it's great.

I read someone tried not my relatives, nothing came of it. If the hinged one is someone else's, then the steam came out of all the slots to the outside and the entire display was "worn out".

What's wrong with DEX? Why are you looking for a replacement?

Yes, there is a nuance. Dex has been working great for the second year. Even though I bought a new bowl, I didn't keep track of it and scratched the first one. Just for personal reasons - I want to give a large friend to my friend, she has no opportunity, but I want a new thing. But everything is fine with Dex. I'll deal with the new steamer and give it back.
And I'm worried a little, I'm so used to Dex, I'm already cooking without looking, and I'm happy with everything, but then I get used to it, and even these details with a double boiler. I'm afraid I won't deal with cooking without pressure, somehow I like it more, and my husband wants to function as a pressure cooker, so they decided to find a compromise. The reviews are good, I hope everything will work out.
Lenchic-atas
Do you have a DEX DPC-40? I'm looking for a mommy, I want to give her a high-quality and not expensive gift, she really liked cooking porridge and jellied meat in my mulka))) And how does the porridge in her - do not run away?
Annjutka
No, DEX DMC-65. There was a case - peas ran away. I put it with a delay for the night. I didn't experiment anymore, if I cooked, then I looked. And several times I tried to escape rice, but I'm not sure that it was not my fault, maybe I did it wrong. At least I'm in the kitchen while I'm preparing. When I hear that I am going to run away, I open the lid once, let off steam and no longer run away. Well, we don't eat milk, so I don't know. I boiled milk for yoghurt on the milk porridge mode, but it never ran away. It's a great idea - it is brought to a boil several times and the temperature is dropped so that it does not boil.
Oh, I feel I'll get it for offtopic The only thing I would like to change in it is the elongated oval shape. I also liked Moulinex because it has a more cylindrical shape, and will probably be more compact in the kitchen. We bought a five-burner stove with a fool and now there is not enough space for the rest of the devices
Lenchic-atas
interesting, but from the brand the pan will not work? In principle, the difference is 1 - 2 mm ??

Well, and I will also ask - how do you get steamed vegetables?
I made potatoes. Meat was being prepared from below, and on it a stand for a double boiler - on it with quarters of potatoes. It turned out great right away for both the meat and the side dish.
Olive
Did anyone find spare bowls? Mine from old Redmond does not fit at all and neither does the grill. Generally sadness ...
ViktoriyaZh
Olive, you need to find out in the service center, they should have bowls anyway
Annjutka
Found the bowls, we are on sale. Today the cartoon has arrived and a second bowl to her as a gift. Very comfortable with two. By the way, the hinged double boiler from dex came up in size, but somehow scary. There were horror stories about puddles somewhere. And I didn't like the original plastic one on the legs. It is somehow very noticeably smaller than the bowl, and if you do it for a couple, everything wakes up to the bottom in the gap between the steamer and the bowl. I thought so...
Annjutka
Here again. I don't quite share the positive reviews so far. cooked a stew, like a ratatouille from a little book. So in the recipe for 10 minutes. extinguishing. This is a lot for vegetables - they are overcooked. In another recipe from the book, vegetables are cooked in a multichef for 5 minutes. I think this is closer to the truth. And to be honest, it's scary to think what kind of mess it will turn out if you leave it on heating, when the pressure has not yet had time to go away and the temperature.
Today I was going to make yogurt. Jars with lids 8pcs arrived. Tefal, from their yogurt maker - they fit perfectly into the bowl - one in the center, the others in a circle. I don't have a yogurt maker, but I liked the idea of jars that are convenient to store later closed in an individual container with different fillings in the refrigerator. Of course little, but for the daughter it is the most. She poured some jam at the bottom and set it to cook. But I want to say this. Boiled milk, homemade, in the mode of milk porridge. I think I'll put it for 15 minutes, so that it boils. Then she turned it off so that it would not get warm and left for an hour and a half while it slowly cooled down. I come - and the milk has become baked ... Now I will have a hybrid of fermented baked milk and yogurt. I really don’t know it’s about these 15 minutes or the fact that it took so long for the pressure and temperature to drop.
Now I'm baking a biscuit with apples without baking powder - I don't like it, I'll see how it goes.
ViktoriyaZh
Annjutka, my milk porridge also turns out like with baked milk, but I like it. I do not do anything from the recipe book, there are many recipes of members of the forum in the topic for model 502832. Look there in the last pages there is even a summary. Tk at first I had 503 I learned to cook and calculate the cooking time according to their recipes. 501 cooks almost as well and their recipes all fit. To avoid heating, put vegetables on the multishef. And in the recipes, I got the impression that the time was written taking into account the manual release of pressure, since the pressure itself is equalized for a very long time and at least something can be re-prepared. But multi-chef solves this problem. After a while, you won't even look at the recipe book, you will intuitively set up the program yourself. I wish you to be friends with the saucepan😀
ViktoriyaZh
Annjutka, and I make yogurt from ultra-pasteurized milk and not boil it. Try to set the time for a couple of minutes and it will not be melted but it will boil

Has anyone made cabbage pie? I did it here, of course everything is delicious, but for some reason it was wet inside (not like from the oven).Maybe because the dough was on kefir or the cabbage was wet, but in the oven it's the same stew? In general, it was more convenient to eat it with a spoon, like a cake. But all the same, all was gone.
Cielito lindo
Good evening! Tatyana, how do you close the lid on the baking program? I have not tried to bake in it before, but here I tried to bake pizza - the bottom is ruddy, and the top is raw. But I probably made a mistake with the position of the lid. since the instructions say it is closed, but not blocked, I just put it on top without turning it. She did not fit tightly. Apparently, therefore, it was not baked (((
Olive
I closed the lid from above and turned it to the middle, without blocking (this position is closed, but not blocked) then it does not rise, but the pressure still shows that it is gaining, and then it bakes. I also make an omelet (this is the position of the lid for baking and for multi-chef). In this case, steam is released through both valves. And from above it will not be baked. I turn the pastries over and put them on the frying for a few minutes with the lid closed, that is, the lid is simply put on top. Then both sides of the cake are rosy. But you can just leave the cake upside down to be eaten upside down, everything is baked anyway, only light, like from a microwave.

I'm on your forum newbie cooking experience in mules 5 years I'm happy with everything. Good night (excuse me for this in May, the third head was the first one, this fish was called on n) (like a hack, a friend told me to fry with onions and markov (onions with a bun size + 2 carrots) then add tomato (there was no tomato added lecho-mixture of pepper + pamidors) deliciously laid the first layer further on the fish and the next layer back lecho (the fish was 1 kg) turned on the stewing (closed the lid (pressure cooker) cooked m the fish was tasty although a little dry (maybe I didn't take into account something), then put the fish into the tray (partially with lecho- and "frying") and then added buckwheat to the remainder (setting rice / cereals) and adding water (as he put it on a plate, I was distracted a little (Liska - the cat took the sample had to share it with Rexey - the dog (small)) the porridge was delicious Now I cooked pilaf with homemade chicken (I didn't like pilaf with salt + 10 minutes of pilaf) in my opinion it's okay not to scold, I usually made cakes in the oven for a day.

An excellent cartoon, I've been using it for over a year, and very intensively, and now it's time to think about the bowl ... Maybe in the time that has passed since the last post about spare bowls, someone learned something?

What happened to the bowl?
I have been using it for a year and two months, I noticed that fried meatballs began to stick to the coating, for example)) And since I had the same thing with the Moulinex-Ushastika bowl, which later became more and more "sticky", I got worried! My spatulas and ladles are silicone, I rarely even use wooden ones. But I use the multicooker very intensively, sometimes I cook in it twice a day! Another "queen" -503132, is used only for cereals and baked milk. Thank you! We must ask around in Eldorado! I was in M-Video, there were only other brands, so it's a shame!
Lenchic-atas
I also ardently love this cartoon, and I regret not having bought the cup, there were just a lot of them in the store, and I did not think that the cups would be in short supply, I went to the Eldorado website they are gone. I try not to fry in a mule, mostly stewing and boiling. Tell me, did you also have a small crack on the case in front, or was it something I did wrong? Multicooker Moulinex CE501132

Nope, my cracks did not appear, it works like a watch, moreover, I forgot to insert the O-ring 2 times - she is so reliable and clever, there are simply no words! If I buy a bowl, happiness in general ... I fry everything in it, both for soups and for goulash, so I understand that the load on the bowl is very large.

Now is zucchini time - favorite recipe! Ingredients: zucchini, any minced meat, onions, tomatoes, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, salt, pepper. Peel the zucchini, cut into circles, if young, if not really make boats. It is simple to cut off a 15 cm wide zucchini, take out the seeds, and cut the resulting ring into 4 - 6 (depending on the size of the zucchini) wide plates. We make the filling - minced meat + onion + pepper + salt, we form plump cutlets, put in each boat, on the top a circle of tomato 5 - 7mm, a little mayonnaise and grated cheese, put the boats on the bottom in layers, you can put one on one. We fill in - half a glass of warm water, 100-150 grams of sour cream, a spoonful of mayonnaise, a little salt, pepper (if you like it sharper), if the minced meat is not greasy, you can pour a little butter, pour everything into a bowl and stew for 15 minutes! It turns out delicious! You can add grated carrots, bell peppers, it's also very tasty!

She baked bread four times on a multi-chef, 130 * 40 minutes. Blush the top with a turnover on Baking for 10 minutes or in an airfryer. And pizza for 130 * 30 minutes - one, and the second the same - in the oven. Excellent results in both cases.

Good afternoon, hostesses,

Tell me, please, how long does your multicooker let off steam in time, if you do not use forced steam?
I just bought the multicooker, cooked the soup and cooked it for a couple, for 10 minutes the multicooker didn’t let off the steam itself, I had to let it down forcibly, otherwise the lid is blocked, is that how it should be, or do I have a marriage? (
