No, this is not a marriage, if there is a lot of liquid in the pan, then the steam will release on its own for a long time, and if it remains on the heating, then even longer. I always let off steam "by hand" and it doesn't "hover" for me)))) 1-2 minutes for manual descent of steam ... I cook soups strictly in two phases, first I boil the meat, then I throw in whatever I want and cook. By the way, empirically, if the soup with pasta, I set the soup mode for no more than 4-5 minutes, and after the end of the program I immediately bleed off the steam. Both potatoes and pasta are cooked perfectly, not overcooked, but if you leave it on heating for a long time, there is a risk of getting a homogeneous mass. But this applies only to pasta soups. But I like to leave porridge especially rice and oatmeal on the heating for about 20 minutes - then they have such a special creamy consistency and a slightly stewed taste, and by the way, by this time the steam is always released by itself, you just have to open the lid. Before, I didn’t know how to cook dairy porridge myself, now my seven-year-old daughter can do it with ease !!! I love this slow cooker !!!

Lenchic-atasThank you very much, but I already wanted to argue with the service center. Tell me, how do you cook rice porridge? in what proportions? what mode? what time is it?
And another question - baking / baking, should the lid be closed or closed and locked?

On baked goods, the lid is simply placed in the grooves without turning it to the lock. Porridge with a measuring glass, you can use the usual one if you need more porridge, 1 glass of cereal + 1 glass of water + 3 glasses of milk, a piece of butter, salt, sugar to taste. Milk porridge mode 15 minutes. The porridge never tried to escape, the lid is always clean, you can leave it heated, you can eat right away.

Hello everyone. Take in your ranks.I used to have an Orsson 4002, but a socket under the locking valve flew apart in it, I didn't want to buy a new one and bought Mulechka today. If my husband fixes Orsyusha, I will have 2 soon-many. I would like to try milk rolled oats at the delayed start.

Dear girls-owners of Mulinex CE501132, tell me a hundred. I have such a problem with her, I put to extinguish something, I choose a product, the time is set to 40 minutes - the frame runs, and when the time for the countdown is set, it is set not from 40 minutes, but from 1 minute and goes to cancellation. I have already exchanged one multicooker, a new one has been the same for three days, and here again the same marriage or I am doing something wrong. Maybe I'm dressing the O-ring in a different way, but the instructions do not have a clear rule and a photograph of how it is needed and how it is not needed ...
leonella66
IVP55, this happens when pressure is not accumulated. Maybe not enough liquid in the bowl?
IVP55
Thank you! The first time I stewed a pork neck weighing 700 grams, greased the bottom with oil. Today I stewed zucchini, there were few of them. I am sinning on the ring, which, apparently, slipped when the lid was blocked.
leonella66
If you stew without adding water, then it's not the ring. I have Moulinex 502, in which the ring is attached tightly to the removable lid, it seems there is nowhere for it to slide. And this error appears precisely in the absence of liquid. I either add water or broth, or wait for the liquid to stand out from the meat, it happens that I have to repeat the start a couple of times with the "Stew" setting.
IVP55
Thank you, I have a stone from my heart that MV is working properly, I will change the technology of cooking some dishes.

I have been using it for a year and two months, I noticed that fried meatballs began to stick to the coating, for example

Teflon coating is very sensitive to temperature changes. For example, if you fried something, and then immediately poured / put something cold into a hot bowl, also in the opposite direction: you put something very hot in a cold bowl, then microcracks in the coating will inevitably form, which then multiply and expanding. In this multicooker-pressure cooker, the coating is supposedly ceramic and the temperature drops are not terrible for it, but I still try to observe the above rule, and maybe that's why 1.5 years of use - the flight is normal, the bowl is like new. I'm not overjoyed. In the old panasonic multicooker, the bowl is still alive, although there are scratches and scuffs .. This model was one of the very first to appear on the market. She is probably already 8-10 years old. I also tried to avoid temperature changes with her. Nowadays it is mainly used as a double boiler.

P.S. Just in case, I want to buy a bowl in reserve for Moulinex. M. b. did anyone manage to buy it separately? Coordinates, pliz ...
Svetlana2014
The bowl is wonderful, the programs are wonderful, I would also buy a spare bowl, I love my mule, nimaga

Girls, tell me, please! I want to cook a steam omelet in our cartoon, but in a glass dish. The dishes are good from IKEA, heat resistant. Only now they are taking doubts about the fact that everything is being prepared there under pressure. Is the glass designed for this? Has anyone steamed in glass? Will it shatter into fragments, etc.?
Svetlana2014
Nothing will happen, checked

Hello, I again have a problem with the Multicooker with the function of the MOULINEX CE 501132 pressure cooker, I cook soup: vegetables, meat and 1.5 liters of water - steam is constantly coming out, as if the valve does not hold, or the sealing ring. I found a website where you can buy spare parts for this model, is it worth buying, or the problem is not in the ring, the ring is intact, but when I open the lid, it seemed to slip off ...
Svetlana2014
I bought a second bowl today. Super bowl) I have never met a better coating In Redik 01 (white with a butterfly), I think
Lenchic-atas
Where did you buy the bowl? It is not entirely clear))) Through the Internet or directly in the store, how much does it cost ??? My mule is already more than two years old, a little kotsek still appeared on the bowl (("
Svetlana2014
Lenchic-atas, I found this bowl in three online stores.The bowl is marked: Moulinex SS-994575 Pot (bowl) 5 liters for multicooker CE500E32, CE501132 - 1.00 pcs x 1 895 rubles.
This is the price of the Nizhny Novgorod store Intercom-NN.
In St. Petersburg there is also, the price is lower, but + delivery. And there are also about three thousand on the Mulinex website.
The old bowl is also in very decent condition, but it is busy all the time - the son has learned to cook. So I bought myself a personal one)))
Lenchic-atas
I looked, all the sites on which I find, the bowl is "made to order", I regret that I did not buy it in Eldorado then, they were lying there freely (((I will wait, maybe they will appear again.

Oh, and I forgot that there is a topic about our cartoon characters. Therefore, when there were difficulties with the bowl, I asked in other topics.
Girls, does not plaque form in your bowls?
For a long time everything was normal for me, and then it began to form, as it were, soot, which was not cleaned off by anything. Then I fought him with Coca-Cola. Right here Lazy Club, or Useful Lazy Tips # 1838 with photos.
I thought the problem was gone, but no, plaque started to form again.

1. How are you doing?
2. And are there stainless steel bowls for our cartoons?
Svetlana2014
Zebra, and your water is not calcined?
We have such a plaque sometimes, and in smaller quantities. I scrub with baking soda.

Good day to all
I chose the cartoon for a long time and still settled on this model.
She cooked borsch, soup with meatballs, broth, potatoes with meat, wheat porridge with meat and charlotte.
Everything is very tasty, only the porridge according to the recipe from the booklet turned out to be dry, we love smear.
I am satisfied with the purchase, only there are very few recipes in the booklet, now I am reading Temko about the 502 model, I need to understand which product is better to cook in which mode.
It is also embarrassing that many write that they have milk porridge running away. now I'm afraid to cook it in order to clog the valve.

Milk doesn't run away! I constantly cook porridge. A couple of times there was something similar, milk was sprayed all over the cartoon and on the lid from the inside too (the valve did not clog, and even if it clogs, rinsing it is not a problem), but both times the milk was slightly spoiled, the milk tasted ordinary, but the smell was barely perceptible. So the whole trick is in milk, don't be afraid and dare. I do everything in it!

I constantly cook milk porridge, I never tried to run away, that milk curdled a couple of times, but it was sour. Take porridge liquid to cereal 1 to 4, it will be good if you like it thinner, you can even a little more water.

Thank you for your answers, now I will not be afraid to cook milk.
At the weekend I cooked pilaf, everyone liked it, even my mother, who is categorically against multi food, it seems to her that everything tastes better on the stove.
And I am happy every time I cook.
The idea is already ripening to buy another saucepan so that you can cook the first and immediately after it the second

For them, by the way, are there original saucepans on sale?

Hello girls.
My old pressure cooker is out of order, and I'm looking at this one. My old lady was simple to control - with a rotary switch. This one, with a sensor, is a whole computer in a saucepan.
How is she managing? Very difficult?
Can I choose my own parameters or only those offered by the program?
And on HP, does it offer the same temperature (as it was in my old SVShka), or is the temperature different at HP?
And yet, is it possible to use it as a cartoon, without VD?

I have a lot of questions, thanks to everyone who takes the trouble to answer them.

Hello everybody.
Adopt a new resident. I bought myself a Mulechka today and am already making a roast.

Before that I had Dexik, but his time has come. And here I am again with a SV-shechka and my happiness has no limit.

Does a stand or a basket for steam cooking exist in nature for this cartoon? I don't want to use the plastic one from the kit ..
hello, no one has ever tried to use a steaming stand from other multicooker? if yes, tell us from which models is it suitable?
I am not satisfied with the one that comes with the kit. neither size, nor stability, nor the absence of sides, it also occupies the bottom of the bowl. I want to be more substantial, so that you can cook a full dinner for the family (not 2 meatballs) and at the same time a side dish in the bowl.

Hello everyone) yesterday I bought such a beauty, started cooking according to the recipe book. The omelet and carrot cake turned out superb, but the charlotte below is burnt? What can be wrong? Maybe the fact that I turned it on earlier to grease it with butter, and the apples already began to sizzle when I poured the dough? (Tell me, who can, because like a charlotte is the simplest ((

Girls, hello! I want to buy such a cartoon for myself and I can't find information anywhere - can the saucepan be washed in a dishwasher?

Here's what they say in the instructions:
Clean the bowl and accessories. It is not recommended to wash the inner bowl in the dishwasher, as the outer coating may become discolored - fig. 31-32-33. Do not use a metal sponge to clean the bowl as this may damage the non-stick coating.

However, the site says that you can wash in the car:
What can you do with the non-stick coating at the dishwasher?
So, the mnіst is an adjunct for mittya among the dishwashers. Likewise, you don’t want to send it to the internal office for an hour to be kept at the cats. For the bagatoraz mitty in dishwashing machines, it is recommended to make the inner part of the container with a small number of olia.

Has anyone tried to cook a pot roast in a mule?
My experience of cooking roasts in MOULINEX CE501132:
On the "frying" mode, with the lid open, I fry in sequence: onions, meat, carrots. Cutting meat, like for goulash, but a little shorter; carrots - straws; onion-watermelon slices. Frying time up to 20 minutes, temperature - 160 degrees. Stir constantly, after laying the meat (I do not mix the first 5 minutes). Then I turn off the heating (as the frying mode ended). I add no more than 8 potatoes (cutting them into 4 pieces each). I pour hot water (boiling water) in a volume of no more than 2-dimensional glasses (which provides a quick set of steam). I add spices, salt and bay leaves. 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste or ketchup (paste is better). I close the lid, block it and press the "Extinguishing" mode. Cooking time is 20 minutes. Steam can not be released, but wait 15 minutes (while cooling occurs) and open the lid. The final touch: a bookmark of herbs and crushed garlic. Then you can put it on heating (15-20 minutes) or immediately start laying out in dishes. The best roast is obtained when laying (without pre-frying) smoked ribs - 350 grams. As an addition, I am attaching a short video photo of the finished product (at the dacha, June 2020).
