Vikulya the beautyHow did your successes in mastering the multicooker cope with the "Rice" program?
I bought a week ago. And I found similar problems. The "Rice" program, it seems to me, does not work, because 2 measuring cups of rice + 4 water were put in, the default setting. The multicooker turned on, the "propeller" icon began to spin, the temperature began to rise, but the time did not decrease and the green lines did not appear. The rice boiled, steam came out of the valve strongly, then it began to sizzle like water in a hot frying pan. I opened the multicooker - the whole lid was covered with rice. I washed it - poopsyhovala - cooked on milk porridge - got into the Internet to look for comments - came across your messages.
The cleaning and steaming program is not yet clear. How long must it take for the countdown to start.
During cleaning, my water boiled away before the time began to decrease ...
Vikulya the beauty
With the rice mode, I did not work out, so I cook rice in the pilaf mode and control this process, although by testing I came to the right cooking time and the amount of water. I cook a lot, neither as in the recipe nor in those modes, and certainly not at the time in which the manufacturer recommends. We adapted to each other with my slow cooker, I love her very much, she is my great helper, of course, everything is not as advertised, but she is good. The biggest problem in this multicooker for me is the poor quality of the coating in the bowl (my friend has the same problems in dex 80), it sticks in the frying mode and I know from the example of another multi-cooker what happens differently. Therefore, at this moment in my life I am looking for a good, high-quality replacement for a bowl, most importantly from another company.

CAN SOMEONE ADVISE WHICH BOWL IS SUITABLE?

I have 81 deksyushka and nothing sticks in any mode. I read the girls took another cup from dex 80-81 and everything fell into place, nothing stuck anywhere.

DD. Please tell me what is the difference between the OVEN and BAKING mode?
In my DEX, only stews and soups come out. The pilaf is burning.
Casserole on the Baking mode, prepared according to the recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=199042.0 - The kolupanka came out did not rise and not a souffle at all. Although in Panasonic it always comes out (((.
Maybe the oven cooks better on the mode ?? Who has experience share. And it's a pity to translate the product.

Vikulya the beautyThank you for taking the time to reply. Regarding the replacement of the bowl, they discussed this problem on the Rosette, they say that Polaris pip 0501 is ideal. Could you see in your multicooker how the Fryer program turns on, the green line immediately lights up or after a while? I don't understand if I have a breakdown, or it should be so.
Vikulya the beauty
When the green dash is turned on, it does not appear for me and the countdown does not start either, I poured water into the bowl, not oil, after 5 minutes it boiled, I waited another 5 minutes in boiling mode, but the countdown or dash did not appear. My thought on this matter, maybe the multicooker will have a different reaction to oil, because it has a different boiling point than water, maybe for this reason the multicooker does not get the temperature it needs to work and does not start the mode.I repeat: these are just my thoughts out loud
Thanks for the tip with the bowl, I went to the outlet site and read it, it turns out that the sticking problem is not only mine
inessa966
Vikulya the beauty, The instructions say that only 2 programs "Steam" and "Auto cleaning" have an exit to the operating parameters, that is, a delay in the countdown. I turned on in the "Steam" mode 15 minutes after boiling. In the "Auto cleaning" mode, it did not turn on, the water evaporated earlier, and I did not try it the second time. All other programs, in theory, should be included immediately. Which is annoying. It is not clear marriage / not marriage. In "Rice" the countdown did not start either ...
Intalia
Today my new cartoon has arrived - DEX 81, to replace the old 60-ke.
After my DEX 60, you need to be more careful, it is no longer so clearly visible whether the bowl is installed ... (everything is dark) so as not to pour water on the heating element, instead of the bowl)))
Start checking:
- I poured about 1 liter of water, added a lemon and turned on the Steam program for 10 minutes. The water boiled pretty quickly ... but the countdown still didn't go. It took 7-10 minutes from the moment of boiling as the MV emitted a sound signal, a green stripe appeared and a minute later the countdown began. All OK. Turned it off.
- Then I checked the Baking (again with water). I switched on the mode, the green stripe immediately lit up. The countdown began in a minute, as expected.
I think everything works, I haven't tested the rest of the programs yet.

I’ll start cooking in a few days. Since only today in dex 60 I cooked pea soup and a biscuit on a cake)
O_Vika
Intalia, tell me how is your multicooker now? Not disappointed? I'm thinking about buying this model, so I'm interested in the opinions of users, and new reviews do not appear in the topic. How are things going with baked goods and porridge? Maybe they cooked jellied meat too?
Intalia
The slow cooker is not disappointed - this is exactly what I wanted.
Now the multicooker is on pause))) I, like many others, were unlucky - the bowl is defective. You need to buy a new bowl.
Buy next. month - then I will test the normal cooking on different programs
While baking only charlotte baked - baked well, everything is ok. I didn’t cook jellied meat and I don’t plan to cook it - I don’t like it)) In general, I don’t imagine what problems there might be with jellied meat - multi all work according to the same principle

If you take this model, be prepared for the fact that it is very likely that you will have to spend more on a new bowl. I think the problem with the bowls (everything sticks), at least half of the owners of the DEX 80 and 81 models.
O_Vika
Thank you very much, I already know about the cup. For myself, I decided to take this model and an additional bowl from another manufacturer.
The Jelly program interests me, as in some cartoons there is a strong boil, which affects the final result, and the husband loves very transparent jellied meat.
I'm glad the charlotte was a success. Baking and porridge in a slow cooker is the main selection criterion for me. Before that I had Polaris Floris, which did very well, but after several renovations decided to buy a new cartoon. Thank you for helping me make my choice.
yalena
Girls, what size is this cartoon?
The dimensions in the package are indicated everywhere - 30x43x33.5 cm
knob

yalena! Height at withers: lol: 22 cm. Width 27 cm. Length 37 cm.Dimensions are approximate + - a couple of mm
yalena
knob, Thank you so much!!!
Have you become disappointed in it by chance? Confused by the reviews that the food sticks when frying

Otherwise, I'm just choosing between it, the induction Moulinex MK805E32 and the Redmond RMC-210.
knob

Personally, I am happy with the cartoon. Perhaps there are more demanding users. As for frying, I fry in a skillet. Frying in a cartoon, in my understanding of frying, does not work out
yalena
Do you cook meat, thighs or casseroles? Food does not stick to the bottom?
I would like to buy and enjoy everything
knob

I bake meat, thighs. everything works out great. But if there are doubts about choosing a multi, then it is better to wait for the answers of our multi-owners. Although our girls wrote that they had some problems.

I tried frying in the frying mode, the product sticks to the bottom.
Frying without problems in Panasonic

Babovka, so it turns out, how lucky?
It's strange that I haven't come across such reviews about previous Dex models ...

Polaris pip 0501.

yalena I baked in baking mode. I read somewhere that it is better to bake in oven mode.
I use Dexic for soups, stews, cereals

I bought my mother for March 8th this is a new miracle device. But there is still one drawback in this multicooker. The countdown timer does not turn on correctly. I cook a lot with steam and it is not clear how it determines the appearance of steam. I poured a liter of cold water, the counter turns on after 15-20 minutes, despite the fact that for 10 minutes it works when steam is released, which is not good. When you pour in a liter of boiling water, the countdown counter turns on after min 10. When the countdown timer turns on and then turn off the Steam mode and turn it on again, the countdown timer turns on after 3 minutes. I don't know, maybe this is a trick. A way out of the situation can of course be found. When the timer turns on, a beep sounds, and only then lay down the steam dish. But the multicooker is designed to make life easier) That is, I poured cold water, put the plate on, set it for 20 minutes and forgot. All those modes are mostly not configured correctly. It is better to cook milk porridge in the Chef mode, turn it on at 95 degrees and select the time, depending on the amount of rice. For example, I always make porridge for one scanty portion, and the Milk porridge mode is not suitable here. Okay, test and unsubscribe))
Edik
And yes, one more not very pleasant moment, when to soar a chicken with a carrot, then do not put the carrot on the steam plate, the color of the carrot is kept in a white plate, it is almost not washed off.

I don’t know whose office it is, but these multi are sold in different countries under different brands)) Probably the Chinese have developed, I sell everything under my own brands)) But yes in Russia it is Supra, I saw the video, so she even speaks in her voice))

So I became the owner of the DEX DMC-80 multicooker. I've only been using it for 2 days, but I'm already very upset. Previously, I had a Supra MSC-4501 multicooker, and so it coped with tasks much better! And this is all sad. (n) The first day I cooked milk oatmeal in the Milk Porridge mode and in the end everything ran away, the valve clogged with oatmeal, the lid opened spontaneously, in general a nightmare. The second day I cooked charlotte in the Baking mode - the entire bottom layer of the pie remained firmly adhered to the bowl. I greased the bowl of rast. butter, abundantly. I know I need a creamy one, but I didn't, and besides, in my previous assistant, Supre, everything worked fine in this version! I'm afraid butter won't help here! I am very dissatisfied with the purchase, now I will have to look for a replacement for a bowl, which will still cost about 700 UAH. It is also unclear which one is still suitable, preferably with a ceramic coating. Now, in general, I regret that I did not buy Philips with ceramics, which would have been much cheaper.

I am reporting on the "oven" mode in the 81st deksyushka. it's just lovely !!! cooked a Hungarian cheesecake in this mode.

multih78, and what recipe was used to bake such a cheesecake? More?
Have you tried anything else in the "Oven" mode?
Natusichka
And I really wanted to buy it ...
It looks like this is not an option.
Kito
Tell me, does it have sensory (automatic) programs of some of the croup-like (cereal \ buckwheat \ rice etc) programs?
Tal
Can someone tell me which cup you can buy for DEX DMC-80
knob
Tal! There is a Dexline store. Here you can get advice on bowls. You can also buy from them
Tal
knob , thanks, I will take a look. I got used to the fact that with the old slow cooker it was convenient with 2 bowls) I want to take another one to this one, but not from Dex (it sticks to the bottom in my own bowl when cooking), I look at the Redmond bowl
plasmo4ka
Tal, the outlet has 🔗

I sat down from the Redmond-60 like a native, I look at the REDMOND RBA 503, in theory it should also come up

Tal
plasmo4ka , I'm also thinking about the REDMOND RBA 503 bowl.
plasmo4ka
Natalia, from reviews on one of the sites:
Bowl Redmond RB-A503
Geometric dimensions:
- bowl height = 144 mm (145 mm is written on the packing box)
- bowl rim diameter = 236 mm
- bowl inner diameter (top) = 214 mm
- bowl girth at the top (circumference) = 688 mm
hence, by the formula D = L / Pi
- outer diameter of the bowl (top) = 688 mm / 3.14 = 219 mm
I will take it, but not earlier than in a month.
Tal
Angela, Thank you so much! I will order this cup one of these days.
plasmo4ka
Natalia,
Tal
I bought a Redmond A503 bowl. Fitted perfectly! And another plus, that the bowl does not need to be held when you need to stir during cooking. The native bowl was spinning

Hello everybody! Today I bought myself this slow cooker! this is the third multicooker - I already have a dex 60 and a pressure cooker Moulinex CE 4000. which have been working for me since 2012. Both of me were completely satisfied - they complement each other - what one does not know can the other. but I re-read a bunch of reviews about new models - at first I wanted Stadler to form then changed my mind I was also interested in Sigmund end stein-induction but since there is a pressure cooker, why do I need an induction cooker? And after reading about dex 81, I could not resist and bought it. I cooked duck today. Happy with the slow cooker !!!! But why since February 2017. nobody writes??? Are there really few satisfied with this slow cooker?

I like absolutely everything about her - it's like a dex 60 - just awesomely improved !!! Only the delayed start should be set differently, since there are no hours here as in the 60s. But this is not critical, you have to get used to it. For the rest, everything is super- and one sensor program is there - RIS and most importantly there is a preliminary shutdown of heating, - for me it is almost never needed. This is my little joy today!
Tusya Tasya
Valentine, congratulations, let it serve flawlessly. I'm happy with mine, just as I was happy with Polaris. Unfortunately, I do not use all programs, although it has many possibilities. I didn't understand the delayed start in the pressure cooker. Meaning? Porridge, soup can be prepared in the morning in 20 minutes.
Eustace
Tasya, thanks! About the delayed start - I wrote about the multicooker and not about the pressure cooker. My pressure cooker has no delayed start at all. But I used delayed start in multi dex 60 very often, and now I started using it in my new dex 81. I just love this function. I don't have a minute to cook in the morning. I get up in the morning and immediately need to give my husband breakfast and pack lunch to go to work. I usually make breakfast on the stove quickly - or an omelet or scrambled eggs or oatmeal, or what is left over from the evening I warm up. But lunch has already been prepared for him in a slow cooker at a delayed start. Well, I'm very comfortable. I can't get up even earlier to cook for him for lunch in the morning - well, I really want to sleep in the morning!

I tested the "Bread" mode today. Of course I have a bread maker - she bakes me bread all the time, I don't buy a store one. I bake only whole grain with the addition of rye flour. But we must try how to bake a cartoon! your usual recipe for a bread machine. the bread maker kneaded the dough, I transferred it to the cartoon for proofing for the chef for 25 minutes, switched to "bread" for 2 hours and that's it. Didn't turn it over, as in the recipe book - let it be on top without a crispy crust. The bread turned out to be excellent, baked well, tasty, not high 7.5 cm - but whole grain, and even with rye flour is never high. The multicooker did it! I didn't even expect such a result ..

I also tested the "Rice" mode. True, I did not cook rice, as they say in the instructions, but pasta. She fell asleep a little pasta, poured water to cover and - "Rice". It took 40 minutes to prepare. The pasta had time to cook, the bottom at the end was a little fried - quite a bit, as it should be on this program. In dex 60, I used the same program to cook pilaf - it turned out great. In 81, a separate program is offered for pilaf, where you need to set the time yourself. I think that pilaf can be cooked on "pilaf" with time setting and on "rice", where the cartoon itself determines the time. I want to try there and there to compare. Then I will unsubscribe.
