I read the forum, a book from the oven kit, tried several recipes for bread with milk, with cottage cheese, with pickle from cucumbers, and still settled on the simplest:
1. Sunflower oil 1.5 tbsp. l
2. Water (~ 30-40 * С) 300ml
3. Sugar 2 tbsp. l
4. Salt 1.5 tsp
5. Flour 460-470gr. (Picked up experimentally)
6. Yeast 1.5 h. l.
The crust is medium or dark (I do this and that), program 1 (2h55min - medium crust), weight 750g.

Hello everybody! Faced an interesting fact. They took all the flour, either Perm or Tyumen. The bread was excellent. This time they also took the highest grade, but Salskaya, JSC "Yug Rusi", flour "One hundred recipes". Problems immediately began, now the bread is loose, then the cap will fail, then there are cracks on the cap. I could not understand what the hell it was, like I'm doing the same thing. Today I bought Tyumen flour "Snegiri". I made a loaf of "Yug Rusi" - the hat fell through (everything by measure and weights), after that I put on the bread again, but from "Snegiri" (the same recipe and also everything by measure and on the scales). It turns out where the dog rummaged, the whole problem was in the flour.
