  • Sometimes you want to be confused about something. For such cases, there is a weekend, but when you are reluctant to fool around, and you need to quickly, tasty, and not particularly expensive, you can bake an apple pie.
  • We take yeast-free puff pastry, I love \ "Star \", there are 2 sheets in a pack (2 squares).
  • We need one. We leave it for half an hour to defrost, or defrost it in the microwave.
  • Cut the square in half, roll the halves. On one half we put the apple cut into thin slices or circles - as you like best - I took half, but you can also have a whole, so that the filling is more \ "apple \", cover with the second half of the dough, pinch the edges like a pie. Bake in the oven for half an hour at 200 C, then set the temperature to 250 C and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  • In the meantime, let's cook caramel... Mix sour cream with sugar, put on low heat and stir until sugar is completely dissolved, then add a piece of butter, stir all the time. The mixture will begin to foam.

  • My caramel was white, if you boil it longer, it will darken. Pour the caramel over the pie while it's hot. If left to cool and harden, it will be difficult to apply.

  • This amount of caramel is calculated on the fact that the cake will not be completely covered, but in some places. In order to pour the cake completely, you need to triple the amount of caramel ingredients. But I would not recommend watering completely - the caramel is very sweet - it can turn out sugary.
